Desde el momento de hacer mi reservación fue muy decepcionante la respuesta que tuvo el hotel conmigo, realice mi reservación aproximadamente a las 8:00 pm. porque me surgió un viaje de trabajo inesperado y tenia planeada mi llegada a las 5:00 am. del día siguiente, por lo que considere solamente 4 hrs. de alojamiento solo para llegar a bañarme, desayunar y retirarme a mis compromisos laborales, pero resulta que según por sus medidas de seguridad el hotel rechazó mi tarjeta de crédito y canceló mi reservación y yo me entere por medio de un SMS que me envió booking, en ese momento estaba sumamente ocupado y entre todas mis dudas sin saber que pasaba fue muy complicado realizar todo el proceso de reservación nuevamente hasta que me comunique al hotel y me entere de sus decisiones tomadas que desde luego, fueron muy desagradables. El trato que se nos dio en recepción al momento de hacer el check-In no fue el mas amable y hasta la persona que nos recibió se mostró un tanto hostil. De inició reserve una habitación con cama grande y nos dieron una con camas doble, por lo cual con poco tiempo disponible y muy cansados, es incomodo bajar nuevamente a la recepción con todo y equipaje, mencionar el error y solicitar el cambio de habitación. Ya estando en la habitación, es desagradable ver que el bote de basura debajo de la mesita tenia unos cotonetes usados y el baño tenia un olor muy desagradable a drenaje. Como dato adicional, pero que considero de mucha importancia para una estancia placentera de los huéspedes. pareciera que el hotel no identifica ni revisa anticipadamente cuantos huéspedes llegan a hospedarse, ya que comúnmente en una reservación para 2 personas una cama grande cuenta con 4 almohadas y solamente habían 2, y también había solamente 1 botella de agua de cortesía, y debieran capacitar adecuadamente a su personal de limpieza, ya que sin tocar la puerta abrió y yo me encontraba en ropa interior. TODO ESTO COMO SUGERENCIA PARA QUE MEJOREN LA CALIDAD Y SERVICIO.
