Localização: não tem nada perto. O quarto é barulhento, as amenidades são de baixa qualidade. A tv é via streaming, que falha constantemente. O custo-benefício não é bom e não transmite a qualidade da rede Intercity

Pros:

O quarto é bem equipado e confortável. O café é bem farto e muito gostoso. Os funcionários são educados e prestativos. É relativamente perto do Museu do Amanhã, mas não tem mercados e restaurantes que dê pra ir a pé. Mas a experiência foi ótima.

Cons:

A única coisa que me incomodou é a distância para os pontos turísticos e não ter mercado e restaurante perto.

A Equipe em geral é atenciosa e cortês.

Cons:

O ar-condicionado é antigo, e precisou ser reparado durante a estadia.
A cortina que "isola" o box do restante do banheiro é inapropriada.
E a porta que separa o banheiro do quarto estava com a maçaneta quebrada.

Muito boa experiência. Cafe da manhã impecável. Atendentes sempre à disposição para ajudar. Tive pequenos problemas com chuveiro e tv que foram prontamente atendidos. Tudo muito bom! O mate na chegada teve um toque mais q especial.
