très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel très calme. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien

chambre très propre et calme. Personnel très agréable et aimable

Cons:

ma chambre était petite et le lavabo trop exigu. La climatisation est un peu bruyante

Pros:

La climatisation était parfaite, nous y étions alors que la température extérieure était proche des 40 degrés,
Pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain, mais à la réception nous en avons eu à la demande donc parfait, emplacement à 3-4min de la gare du nord, une belle vue sur Montmartre de notre chambre

warm welcome and practical location
Pros:

I arrived in the morning and could sit in the hotel to work while the room was not ready yet, I was even offered a coffee and it was a very warm welcome by the governess. The hotel was easy to find, good location for a quick work trip to Paris, near public transportation.

Pros:

Bardzo ładny hotel. Czyściutki pokój i łazienka, bardzo wygodne łóżko i wygodne poduszki. Klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu i jest cicha. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany oraz były wymieniane ręczniki. Personel bardzo miły, wszyscy pracownicy hotelu - na recepcji, w sali śniadaniowej, Panie i Panowie sprzątający pokój zawsze się uśmiechali. Pyszne śniadanie, urozmaicone i dobra kawa.

Cons:

Może okolica, trochę bezdomnych i trochę brudno. Ale nie czułyśmy niebezpieczeństwa, nawet wracając po zmroku.

Excellent hotel for proximity to train stations and very friendly and helpful staff. I would stay again.
Pros:

Central to Gare du Nord and Gare de’L’Est. Great staff and assistance. Tea in room. Clean and all went well.

Cons:

We had no elevator to this part of the hotel but staff assisted with luggage.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! If I could give 0 stars, I would. During my 2-night stay, my belongings were STOLEN directly from my room by the housekeeping staff.
The worst part? The staff entered my room to "clean" WITHOUT MY PERMISSION—I never put up the cleaning sign. It was a complete violation of privacy just to find an opportunity to steal. My shoes and my AirPods were taken on June 5th.
When I confronted the hotel, management showed absolute indifference and zero responsibility. They simply brushed it off, protecting their dishonest staff instead of their paying customers. This hotel is completely unsafe, unprofessional, and complicit in theft. You are risking your money and your personal safety by booking here. DO NOT STAY HERE!
