Location. The bar was cosy. The hotel was spacious. Our room was a little in the back of beyond but it was clean and comfortable enough.
Our evening server for our bar meal was efficient but lacked personal skills. We felt a bit rushed and when he knocked off dead on 8.30 we understood why he was so keen!

The breakfast was really tasty
The weather unfortunately we can't do anything about
Wonderful hotel right on the coast next to Bundoran Golf course. Coastal walk next to hotel.
Breakfast has a good choice and very tasty, dinner could have had more on menu as it only has pub meals and only a few to choose from for a lovely hotel. the room was very clean and plenty of room and every thing you need was there the bathroom was big and very clean,
more choice on dinner menu
Great hotel and great staff, you can walk into town, food great
Breakfast very good and staff fantastic. It's a large hotel with an attached conference centre so not romantic but a great place to stay overnight. It has a pool and sauna although the steam room was out of order. Rooms are large and very clean. Lovely walk from hotel along coast. We didn't really visit the town .
Limited wine list and food choice but food was good.
The staff and breakfast
The fish room we were put into wasnt very clean, stains on side of the bed and floor, bits of food on the floor by the window and overall bad smell in the room. However, rang down to reception who immediately apologised, notified housekeeping and upgraded us to a Seaview room.
Good location, fantastic views and cliff walk. Staff lovely. Clean spacious room. Good breakfast. Very popular with golfers.
Nothing
Great location and an excellent breakfast. A nice hotel
The €3 swimming hat charge is a bit of a rip off, especially when half the swimmers did use them. The room was nice, also clean (except for one mug) but the toilet position is not ideally designed for someone my size.
Another enjoyable stay at this Hotel albeit for just one night this time. Driving up from Galway to Derry/Londonderry we decided to stop over here. As in previous stay the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent Dinner and plenty of choice for breakfast.
More than happy with our experience.
Great position, good food, lovely room
Nothing
Nice breakfast and nice pool.
Room was tired but clean. Reception staff was lovely.
Breakfast buffet was in a poorly lit area and I had forgotten my glasses in the room. I asked my partner if he could spot mango bits in the fruit salad (I have an allergy) and he said he couldn’t see it but I’d better ask. A lady with long blonde hair, a fringe & a vaguely Eastern European accent laughed in my face and walked away saying no without letting me finish my sentence, and why I was trying to make sure breakfast was safe for me to eat.
I put a complaint when we checked out but having worked in hotels myself I know it won’t amount to anything. I would still like to try – it is astounding to me how a person like that is allowed to work in hospitality. I would have been terminated over this.
