Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Parken (falls man mit dem Auto anreist) ist trotz des hohen Preises von 30€ pro Tag nicht gut gelöst. Entweder zu kleine Parkbuchten oder weiter weg.
Das Frühstück wird ohne Buffet serviert. Man kann von einer Karte wählen. Die ist relativ beschränkt. Insgesamt umständlich. Nur zwei Heißgetränke inklusive pro Person. Alle weiteren extra zu bezahlen. Reicht im Normalfall. Finde ich bei den Preisen aber unangemessen.

A beautiful property in a great locations and super friendly staff/
Pros:

Location was exceptional and you could walk most anywhere. The breakfast was very good too and served outside in beautiful surroundings. We must mention that the garden was beautiful and the jasmine wafted into the rooms in the morning.

Cons:

The bathroom could use a little more shelf space and a few hooks. The bedroom could also use some more shelves or drawers for clothes.

Un posto speciale dove tornare
Pros:

Struttura di dimensioni ridotte (è un villino liberty ristrutturato con gusto e rispetto della struttura storica) con poche stanze e molta cura per gli ospiti. Posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge di Santa Margherita e gli itinerari di trekking sul monte di Portofino o raggiungere a piedi San Fruttuoso. Personale molto gentile e disponibile che ha risolto con grande solerzia il problema di una perdita del lavabo. Colazione "a la carte" di ottima qualità. Molto comodo il vicino garage ove lasciare l'auto. Un posto speciale dove tornare!

A lovely place to enjoy being with my wife and I look forward to going back again.
Pros:

The room was like a scene from an Italian Love Story. The hotel is quite charming. Breakfast was made to order from the menu and it could not have been better. The staff were like new found friends before we left. We spent five nights there and only wish we could have stayed longer. This is our 4th visit to Santa Margherita Ligure and we always like being there but the hotel really highlighted our visit. The location is great because you are a five minute walk from the Marina in a location mostly comprised of local people.

Cons:

I liked everything!!! Just keep in mind there is no elevator as this is a historic hotel that the Commune will not allow the renovation to the Villa to have a elevator. It is on the site so there was no surprise to not having an elevator.

Perfekte Lage, wunderschöner Ort und perfektes Hotel für unsere Bedürfnisse.
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns die gediegene Ausstattung im italienischem Flair.
Es war alles sehr geschmackvoll.
Auch die Bepflanzung der Außenanlage war wunderschön, wir haben es jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen.
Der Frühstücksservice, insbesondere der junge Mann im Service, war sehr zuvorkommend und engagiert. Top.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

In wenigen Minuten vom Hotel erreicht ihr das Zentrum von Santa Margharita eine sehr schöne kleine Stadt. Von der ihr nach Portofino mit dem Rad, mit dem Roller oder dem Bus fahren könnt.

Cons:

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und liegt ruhig in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Das Hotelpersonal war super hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
