Location great staff nice
Nice hotel been before
Loo needed cleaning on arrival
No fob given so couldn’t get in at midnight
Prosecco ordered but non alcoholic in error
All sorted but easy errors to fix
Spacious with fun decor. Very well maintained and clean. Air conditioned bar and restaurant. Beautiful building in a pretty town
Very picky but no air conditioning in the bedrooms and we stayed during a heat wave. Had to walk 15 minutes in a heat wave with luggage from a nearby car park.
Area is nice, food in the resteraunt was really good.
Room was roasting, no means of cooling it down.
Perfect location in St Ives
The bed was a little lumpy
Great location breakfast looked great but didn't try it. Would definitely visit again, easy check in and exceptionally clean.
The hotel was lovely
We were in room 15. With only a sky light window the heat was horrendous. Even the walls and floor were boiling hot. It was the most uncomfortable stay ever due to heat in the room. A fan was supplied but it did absolutely nothing. No way should the room have been let.
Great location though very loud at night till 4am
Check in was polite
Non existent leaving
Mould in the deluxe suite
Cobwebs in bathroom and outside bedroom window dirty windows
Needs a deep clean
No fridge as in the other suites within coaching inn group
Warm
Water
Small tv at other end of room can hardly see
Extremely warm one fan at 80 odd degrees is not acceptable Jamaica inn is so much more superior
Lead up to the room os shabby to say the least
Needs some refurbishment don’t mind panic
£185 but expect the best and a walk in shower in this day and age needs refit
Nice clean hotel with welcoming staff
Local to amenities
Needed a window but as we had small dog only certain rooms available
Staying there
