Convenient Location
Pros:

Convenient location, is opposite Royal Brisbane hospital (which also has its own bus station). Comfortable beds, crisp linen. Spacious apartment with balcony. Two bedrooms w, WIR, two bathrooms, good kitchen amenities. Cool breeze every day and lovely sunrises. 3km from CBD. Overall a very nice place to stay. Absolutely lovely receptionists & maintenance staff!

Cons:

Couch was worn out & uncomfortable for a 9 day stay.
City noise - motorway, helicopters landing at the hospital and sirens.
Could use another light in both bathrooms (no windows in either).
A bit far to walk to the Bowen Hills train station, not sure about a shortcut.

Pros:

Great property, great location and the staff were super helpful and friendly!!

Cons:

Literally the only downside is that there were no chopping boards in the apartment but wasn’t a massive deal we just used a plate.

Good location
Pros:

Location - spacious for a studio apartment , reception staff very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Not very clean…quite dusty which affected me during the night, continually sneezing. In our friends room there was an empty chip packet behind the couch.

The apartment served it purpose of our stay. But was very noisy due to the location.
Pros:

The apartment was fine.

Cons:

We couldn’t use the balcony at all as it faced the main road, hospital and busway. It was very noisy all of time.

Very disappointing.
Pros:

Very good location, though very noisy. Staff were helpful. Room 808 was very nice, though carpets need replacing.

Cons:

I had asked for a quiet room away from lifts and common areas. Room 503 was certainly that, though it was very worn and needed a good clean and update, and being opposite the hospital emergency entrance made it exceptionally noisy, with ambulance sirens constantly. All carpets in both rooms were very worn and falling apart. I asked to be moved to a quiet room for the second half of my stay, and the helpful staff moved me to room 808 which was very much nicer than 503, and very clean. Problem was that the room was right next to the lifts, and each time the lift stopped at a floor, there was such a huge bang that I felt the floor vibrate. This made the room also very difficult to sleep in, I checked out two days early and moved to another hotel. Though it is very close to the hospital, I will not be staying here again.

I didn't realise the apartment was right next to the hospital. Very noisy. Fair accommodation.
Pros:

Cons:

The carpet and lounge are quite stained, it might have been hygienicly clean but it just looked grubby. The apartment had an overpowering air freshener smell.

Pros:

The Staff were very helpful in a situation where we did not know, from day to day, what we were doing. Staying, or going. They worked it out for us, as it happened. Much Appreciated. Very close to RBWH, which made it easy for us.

I would stay there again but only after a few discussions
Pros:

It was a great size and handy if you need accommodation for hospital.
Was very clean.

Cons:

The bed was terribly uncomfortable which was a shame as my daughter said her bed was soo comfy. We expected noise being across from hospital but that’s something some people might not be use to. Also our car was too big to go in their elevator car lift to parking and there was no parking available on site for us. ( we were warned about this prior but from previous stay I got a park so thought I would again, but no).
