Cleaners need to do their jobs properly.
Pros:

Close proximity to the RBWH.

Cons:

Both shower doors were full on squeaky. Reported to staff and they were straight on it with the maintenance. The washing machine was dirty. The dryer was very noisy, until I opened the door and found it was the filter bashing around.

The apartment was good, but I wouldn't stay here again if I had a car.

The car lift was a nightmare. One lift the flashing yellow light indicating the lift was on the move from level -2 didn't work and on level 0 the lift floor wasn't flush with the exit.

Pretty shocking. Won' be back again unless I'm confident that the rooms have had a major upgrade.

Location was the only thing going for the Apartments, because its straight across from the bus station, which made it very handy for us to get to Suncorp Stadium.

Cons:

Room was very knocked about. Lounge was old and uncomfortable. The bed was old and very uncomfortable, big hollows in the bed where you sleep. Kitchen didn't have much, not even a full set of cutlery. All rooms were not cleaned very well. Mold beside the fridge, hair in the bathroom, thick dust on top of the fridge. Patio not cleaned at all (dirt and grime). Blinds don't keep out any light at all, might as well not even have any blinds. The room is definitely requiring a major upgrade - Paint / Blinds / Bed / Lounge / Kitchen utensils and items. Hardly got any sleep all 3 nights that we were there because of the light coming into the room, the noise of the sirens but mostly because of the very uncomfortable bed. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
