Pros:

Hotel muy agradable y tranquilo. Habitación y baño amplios. Desayuno excelente con productos locales y de primera calidad. La atención del personal fantástico, especialmente de Javier, el encargado.

Pros:

Javier and his staff were very welcoming and friendy. Javier was exceptionally helpful and even helped us carry our heavy luggage to the room. The meal at the hotel restaurant was prepared by Javier himself and was of five star quality. All in all an extremely memorable stay.

- Ar condicionado, barulhento
- cofre não funcionava
- wc antiquado
- falta de limpeza no exterior
- pequeno almoço medíocre e com hora marcada, ( si quieres huevos, pidelos...)
- recepcionista que nos acolheu na chegada com pouca informação sobre o hotel.

Une très belle étape sur la route de Monsanto !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel, à la fois agréable et de qualité. La chambre était très belle, propre et confortable, parfaite pour se reposer après une journée de route.

Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment très bon et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux. Le personnel est adorable, attentionné et toujours avec le sourire.

Une adresse que nous recommandons volontiers pour une étape confortable et agréable.

Einfach super die Lage
Pros:

Wir wurden ganz lieb empfangen. Javier, der Besitzer hat sich super um uns gekümmert. Er legt sehr viel Wert darauf alles für uns zu machen und auch alles zu erklären. Sogar woher alle Zutaten des Frühstücks stammen. Wir haben sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. 4 Sterne ist untertrieben.

Cons:

Dass das Hotel nicht direkt in Piodao ist. Aber die Lage ist noch besser.

Não me senti Bem vindo.
Pros:

Quarto funcional e limpo, facilidade de estacionamento.

Cons:

Do funcionário que me recebeu e se anunciou como gerente.
Estive 15 minutos há espera na receção que estava abandonada, tive que ligar para o telefone do alojamento e só depois apareceu o tal gerente que de forma indelicada me informa que o check in seria só às 15h.
Se este Sr se der ao trabalho de verificar as horas em que fez a minha entrada verifica que eram 14,58h.
Na receção abandonada também já estavam 4 pessoas.
Só tenho a dizer que não ter ouvido deste Sr ., "Bem-vindo, tenha uma boa estadia" me indispôs.
