Pros:

The hacienda style was great.

Cons:

The night staff, upon arrival. I was not acknowledged neither felt welcome. Both staff were in their computer or phone screens, and when looked at the reservation. They both make a sound like they did not care. Furhter they send us all the way back, not sure if the hotel was fully booked. Not really happy with the welcoming or customer service.

If you wish to enjoy the colonial hacienda life with a touch of a spa experience, spend some time at the Hotel Hacienda
Pros:

Peaceful environment with attentive staff.Enjoyed the steam room, jacuzzi, and massage. The food was good and the service was great. Very helpful and friendly front office and ground staff. Room was presented clean daily and enjoyed the in room jacuzzi.

Cons:

The bed was a bit too firm and the staff did not inform foreign visitors about using a canasta which caused some back up problems with the toilet.
