I arrived at the hotel in the late evening, around 10 pm. I carried heavy backpacks, 35 kg in total, i was visibly tired. The gentleman at the reception saw me and did his best not to let me check in as long as he could: he spoke to the lady, then was on the phone, then couldn't take a picture of my booking for 3 minutes, then couldn't figure out how to use the payment device for another 2 minutes. He was just passively hostile and humiliating. When I came to my room, there was no water, so I came back and asked him; I was ready to buy. He said that they don't have water(!?) and told me to go to the shop, which was obviously closed around 22:40. I came back and demanded the water. Only then did he allow me to pour water into the bottle. I came back to my room and finally went to the shower after a long day on the bus. When I finished, there were no towels, so I had to go wet and half naked to the reception again and ask him for the towels. Which he didn't want to believe first. The room itself had hospital-blinding white lamps,which made intimacy there questionable. It was full of tiny ants everywhere, and even in the bed; it was just horrible to sleep there. It was almost a restless night. Breakfast was horrible too, limited options, oversalty, and seemed like the cook had no idea what to do with onion. I've never experienced anything like this in my life, and I've never given a hotel 1 star. But this is just horrible. Whoever runs this place - he just couldn't care less

Nada reclamar do hotel. Ótimo custo-benefício. Instalagens limpas, café da manhã variado com frutas, pães, bolos, etc. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Quarto climatizado, chuveiro quentinho, camas e travesseiros confortáveis.

O quarto 29 , a primeira noite for pessima não dormi pq a cama muito dura , cochao fino ,musica Alta da rua , tv não é smart e a Cortina muito Claro, reclaimei e mudei para o quarto 19, cama menos pior e de solteiro. Mas tinha tv smart e a cortina mais escura

Cons:

Acomodação, camas e eletrodomésticos velhos, camas desconfortáveis, até o frigobar velho e enferrujado. Café da manha horrível, até tive intoxicação. Não recomendo a ninguem.
