Pros:

Es war wunderschön. Die Aussicht auf den See ist traumhaft und die große Anlage lädt zum verweilen ein ☺️. Die Zimmer sind auch top. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Einmal war es bis 12 Uhr nachts laut vom Restaurant - aber da es nur einmal vorgekommen ist war es kein Problem.

Uitstekende ligging met prachtig panorama ! Ideaal voor tussenstop. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk. Twijfel niet om er ‘‘s avonds te dineren. Het is niet alleen gemakkelijk, maar het prachtige zicht, het vriendelijk personeel en het voortreffelijk verfijnd eten laat je kennismaken met de verfijnde Italiaanse keuken en typisch Italiaanse sfeer. Ideaal voor een romantisch verblijf.

La vue sur le lac

Cons:

Dommage que la chambre de luxe soit au dessus des cuisines car il y a un peu de bruit. Pour un restaurant, ce n'est pas très classe de mettre des petites confitures industrielles, pour le pain frais il n'y avait qu'une baguette de qualité très moyenne. Enfin mettre la radio au petit déjeuner n'est pas forcément ce qu'on attend de ce type d'établissement. On recherche plutôt le calme.

Der Blick einschließlich der Anlage um dieses Hotel ist Mega!
Die Abend Küche sehr gut.
Die Empfangsdame sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Zimmer war echt groß und sehr sauber.
Die Bedienung beim Frühstück war sehr nett.

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig.
Das Frühstück sehr einfach, aber gut.
Am Abend im Zimmer sehr dunkel, obwohl fünf kleine Lampen im Zimmer. Eine richtige Lampe an der Decke und das Problem wäre gelöst.
Fußboden Heizung dauert sehr sehr lange bis es etwas wärmer wird im Zimmer.
Das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau, eher Hinweise was man besser machen könnte.

Die außergewöhnliche Lage und die tolle Aussicht vom Hotel. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und das sehr empfehlenswerte Restaurant!
Insbesondere ist auch der Service beim Frühstück zu erwähnen. Herzlichen Dank an den netten Kellner aus Venezuela!

Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant war sehr gut
Speisekarte auch in deutscher Sprache über QR Code

Die unfreundliche Begrüßung; das teilweise unfreundliche Personal; Kommunikation war fast nicht möglich, da weder etwas deutsch noch englisch gesprochen wurde ( nur von 2 Mitarbeitern / innen )
