Estancia incómoda y escasa flexibilidad ante un imprevisto
Cons:

Experiencia decepcionante, especialmente por la falta de flexibilidad y las condiciones de la habitación.

Por un cambio imprevisto en nuestros planes, no pudimos llegar antes de la hora límite de check-in del viernes (22:30). Solicitamos mantener la reserva para las dos noches siguientes y pedimos, al menos, un reembolso parcial de la primera noche no utilizada. El hotel rechazó cualquier devolución o solución alternativa, a pesar de que finalmente mantuvimos el resto de la estancia.

Además, la habitación era bastante ruidosa, ya que el restaurante se encontraba justo debajo. Tampoco disponía de aire acondicionado y, debido a las altas temperaturas, resultó muy calurosa e incómoda.

Entiendo que cada establecimiento tenga sus propias condiciones, pero esperaba una mayor flexibilidad comercial y unas condiciones de descanso más adecuadas.

Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Waren schon öfter in diesem Hotel! Der Ausblick bei den Zimmern und beim Frühstück ist einfach unglaublich. Auch die ganze Anlage mit den Gärten, Pflanzen und Sitzmöglichkeiten ist sehr charmant.

Cons:

Leider wurde dieses Mal nur ein Frühstück im Inneren angeboten und nicht auf der Terrasse. Die Jahre zuvor war das Frühstück immer außen auf der Terrasse und hier ist der Ausblick über den See wirklich toll.

Una Spettacolare e Affascinante Posizione.
Camera e Completezza dell'Arredo genericalmente Carina & Accogliente.

Cons:

Peccato per Alcune clausole Extra non presenti con tantissime altre strutture.
Poi arrivare e non poter Accedere nemmeno in punta di piedi alla Ristorazione della Struttura e' abbastanza avvilente anche se lo posso capire.
Speravo almeno di incontrare uno dei proprietarj anche se ne posso intuire giustamente le motivazioni dei Proprietari A NOI MOLTO SIMPATICI E STIMATI DA SEMPRE !
Comunque tutto molto OK.

Meraviglioso
Pros:

Es war traumhaft und eine Unterkunft die es wirklich verdient erwähnt zu werden. Sehr schön, gepflegt mit einer Traumhaften Aussicht. Alles sehr schön gemacht. Wir werden sicher wieder hinfahren.

Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Pros:

Vista stupenda camera ampia e pulita location immersa nel verde quando siamo arrivati nel parato sottostante stavano celebrando un matrimonio davvero un bello posto.

Cons:

Lo scrivo qui non per Demerito ma perché c'è lo spazio camera senza aria condizionata ma ciò nonostante il caldo abbiano dormito benissimo la camera è comunque fresca con la presenza di un ventilatore a soffitto.

Prachtige locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht. Prima ontbijt en restaurant.
Pros:

De locatie van het hotel is prachtig. Je moet wel de juiste weg omhoog nemen want via 1 kant is het wel heel stijl rijden. Ontbijt was prima, Kamer was keurig inclusief klein balkon met prachtig uitzicht.

Cons:

TV deed het niet (verder niet naar gevraagd overigens). Geen Airco (stond hoogstwaarschijnlijk wel aangegeven maar niet gelezen). Je kan niet effe lopend naar de stad.
