Fabulous hosts in a fabulous hotel
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel, with welcoming hosts and friendly staff. There is plenty of parking, and the room was large, double aspect windows and good bathroom. There was a good sized swimming pool to cool off in on Switzerland's hottest ever day. Breakfast was a wide and plentiful choice and we ate in the restaurant in the evening at reasonable prices from a wide men u. The wine list was extensive.
We stayed for four nights which gave us time to visit two mountains by cablecar and ride on a boat on the lake. We walked extensively but there was also a bus service in the village.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning but the need for that in June could not have been foreseen and shouldn't be considered a criticism

Ruined by the rude owner.

The pool & breakfast.

Cons:

The property is advertised as a hotel which by definition should be open 24hrs. When we arrived early compared to our estimated time the hotel was closed. The owner did arrive after 1/2hr but he was very rude and told me I had to speak in German and not English and kept complaining to me that I was early. He said it was his day off and we had interrupted his lunch. If the owner wants to close the property to go out for lunch then it cannot be advertised as a hotel.

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise, würden aber für diesen Zweck auch wiederkommen.
Pros:

Schöne Lage, guter Parkplatz mit Platz für unser Auto mit Fahrradträger, gutes Frühstück, Restaurant gut. Freundliches Inhaber-Ehepaar.

Cons:

Die Bettdecken bzw. Inlets waren knisterig (bisschen wie dünnes Papier).
Leider funktionierte beim Checkout das Kartenlesegerät nicht. So mussten wir noch zur nächsten Bank laufen um Bargeld zu holen. Als wir zurückkamen, hatte der Inhaber aber das Problem mit der Bank gelöst. Nun ja, da war es zu spät. Aber solche Dinge können passieren, auch beim Einkauf zu Hause.

Niet klantvriendelijk, wel schoon en netjes.
Cons:

Het schijnt een restaurant te zijn, maar bij aankomst bleek dat er een besloten gezelschap was waardoor eten voor ons niet mogelijk was. Verder was er 1 alternatief om te eten. Geen keus, dus we moesten! Belachelijk dat je als gast weggestuurd wordt.
