In a residential area of Hammersmith, it's quiet but only a few minutes walk to transport and shops, good location for me. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had everything I needed.
IT WAS A GREAT LOCATION NEAR THE RIVER AND A DESCENT SIZED ROOM
THE BED WAS A LITTLE SHORT, THE SHOWER UNIT DIDN’T MIX THE WATER PROPERLY AND THE WIFI DIDN’T WORK. SO NOT GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY !
The location was more than ideal, tube station a few minutes away that goes everywhere in London, there were also a good amount of shops and places to eat/drink a few minutes walk away, as well as a park you can walk through.
There was no TV remote in my room and when I made the staff aware when I got there they did not replace it, the fan wasn’t the strongest so dealing with 32° heat was a bit hard at times unless sat directly in front of the fan or in the cold shower setting, I don’t think behind the tap has ever been cleaned, the toilet roll holder was loose, and I could tell that it was two beds pushed together to make one as the lump in the middle was uncomfy

The friendliness of the staff
The bathroom in our room had a huge amount of black mould. It was falling off the tiles in lumps and it was obvious no-one had mad any attempt to clean it or prevent it getting worse. Room has no air-conditioning.
Location was great and the pub was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and good value. Access to the hotel outside of pub hours was great and straightforward.
No aircon but the heat that weekend was extreme! Windows opened wide though.

You could eat breakfast at the pub but had to wait until 10 o'clock for it to be available so we only had breakfast at the hotel once.
The cleaning could have been better and the shower door almost fell off since it seemed damaged.
Nothing! DO NOT STAY HERE
I’ve booked this hotel as a back up. I left my house key at work and decided to just stay here. I came there in before midnight and nowhere to check in as the pub was closed already. No sign or even instructions to check in. I was walking around on my own last night scared of my life and decided to go home. Spend Fortune for the locksmith. Now I have a broken door and need to replace it that would cost me a fortune too!

It’s in a great location and the staff were very good. Meals were a good price , good size and hot. We liked the fact we could sit outside to eat as it was a nice day. Breakfast looked amazing but we didn’t have time to try one.
Unfortunately our room wasn’t what we expected, it was ok but there was a need for some refurb and jobs to be done. For example the bathroom
blind didn’t work and stained , the latches on the bedroom window either didn’t open or were broken so you couldn’t leave it open. Didn’t expect a shower in the actual bedroom and not in the bathroom! Our TV would only let you listen to a radio station the remote did all sorts of things it shouldn’t which didn’t enable us to have channels on we would have. We did report it and straight away they asked advice from the manager, who wasn’t working that night but they couldn’t work it out. They offered us a free drink or reduction off the food but we had just literally just eaten and had a bottle of wine. They promised to get it sorted for the second night but on return it hadn’t been looked at ( as controller was in the same place we left it) A little disappointing but other than that would return but just not that room!
