The location.

It was our second time their
I booked room upstairs, my bad and I remembered the big rooms downstairs with garden that was much better at first time I was.
Staff is not kind as in first time. They had change the room to what they had free. Which was quiet similar ro first room.
There were cockraoch in the room 3 times. We called at second night we saw another one.. and been told that will take care in the morning
They did nothing., same for us qt next next night with new cockraoch.
The day after they just told us that they never had such problem but nothing happened
Not expected from that level of hotel.
Big disappointment after the 5 years before visit.

Hospedagem descolada e elegante no bairro mais interessante de Lisboa

Atmosfera, decoração de interiores, gentileza e simpatia da equipe, localização e café da manhã são atributos importantes.

Cons:

Algumas amenidades do quarto foram suprimidas e, por alguma razão desconhecida, não havia água quente na torneira da pia.

Pros:

Otelin 5 yıldızlı bir konsepte olduğundan çok emin değilim ama Çalışanlar gerçekten 5 yıldızı hakediyorlar. Her konuda yardımcılar ve bunu özveriyle yapıyorlar. Teşekkür ederiz…

Pros:

Lage des Hotels zentral, direkt angrenzend gutes Restaurant. Personal freundlich. Zimmer gehobene Ausstattung. Sauber.

Cons:

Grosser Baukran direkt vor der eigentlich schönen Hotelfront-aussicht, hier wird sicherlich noch lange gebaut.
Unterhalb dem Zimmer offene Terrasse und kleiner Pool, hier kann es abends bis in die Nacht ziemlich laut werden.
Fenster nicht richtig schall-isoliert.
Zimmer wurde 1x von 4 Übernachtungstagen nicht gereinigt.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis deshalb schlecht.
