De verdad no hay de qué
We had a very enjoyable stay at Barceló Torre de Madrid. The hotel is beautiful, with elegant and modern décor, and it is perfectly located in the heart of Madrid overlooking Plaza de España. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the customer service throughout our stay was friendly and professional.
The only improvement I would suggest for the room is the sofa bed, which could be more comfortable.
I would also encourage the hotel to consider having security personnel outside the entrance, especially during the evening. One night while returning to the hotel, someone attempted to rob me and grabbed my gold necklace, breaking it before running away. Fortunately, I was not injured, but it was a very unsettling experience. While I understand this incident occurred on a public street and was not the hotel’s fault, having a visible security presence outside such a high-quality hotel could help guests feel safer and potentially deter this type of incident.
Despite this unfortunate event, we had a pleasant stay overall and would recommend the hotel for its excellent location, beautiful facilities, and attentive staff.

i’m sat in the foyer writing this,i booked this not looking into where i was more a panic book,well where do i start, from the minute of walking in smells amazing so clean all the staff so friendly helpful, we came to see bts and didn’t realise we’re in the middle of everything, offered water on arrival, and the room was already ready we was going to leave bags and look around, itzair i think i have spelt her name right showed us where we was how to get places aswell as the other team members with her,the decor reminds me art deco x something david lynch would inspire absolutely amazing, the room was a deluxe twin was big clean with a bath that can fit 4 people in not that i tried 😆,limited english tv channels but obviously we’re in spain,breakfast was very healthy nutritional and tasty which may not suit all ie i have kids with afrid etc but a wide choice perfect for me omelettes, fresh honey, whole avacado yum,the swimming pool is on the 8th floor with a roof top gym with amazing views, i’m scared of heights but didn’t feel panicked, the metro and buses are very frequent and easy to use and cheap, lots of shops primark, zara,mango,h&m,fnac,minisou,every corner is a fast food shop and amazing streets with bars and restaurants open all night, the hotel also has 2 restaurants inside and a bar, the room has a mini bar also 24 hr room service we will definitely be back here but will be a family trip as just me and my daughter for the concert, a huge well done to the managers, bar staff cleaners and receptionist for making the holiday feel 5 star ⭐
