וואו!!!, הכל!! מלון חדיש, צוות שירותי מאוד, כל אנשי הקבלה, ושאר אנשי השירות ברמה גבוהה,תודה רבה לאנסטסיה המקסימה בקבלה , ולפקידת הקבלה בערב הראשון שלצערי לא לקחתי את שמה,חדר גדול עם חלון ענק לפלאזה דה אספניה, חדר אמבטיה ענק ומפנק עם חלון גדול ונוף לכיכר, מיטה מעולה, בריכה נחמדה מאוד, מיקום נהדר, קרוב להכל, בכניסה לגראן ויה עם תחנה מתחת למלון לאוטובוס החינמי לגראן ויה 001, מימין למלון הגנים וארמון המלך. מול המלון זארה. מנגו וסטרדווריוס, בקבוק מים גדול בכל יום. המלון והצוות אחת הסיבות להנאה הגדולה במדריד. לא הכרתי את רשת ברצלו לפני וחבל. אשמח לחזור למלון

The entrance area is a bit outdated. And the rate is high
breakfast was fantastic, great choice. Location was perfect, a few steps to the Metro. We were able to explore the city with ease. Our room was beautiful, lovely bathroom.

Thought the breakfast was excellent but expensive at 28 euros. Expected it to be 25 euros as seen when booking and I thought that was expensive enough!
