Pros:

Good room size. Comfortable bed. Blackout curtains.

Cons:

Staff was not helpful with finding dinner reservations, recommending places with low ratings. Even on the 2nd highest floor, could hear consistent rumbling from either train or elevator, not sure which.

It was nice. The breakfast was top notch!!!

The property was nice. The breakfast at the Somos restaurant was excellent!!

Cons:

It was nice but it didn’t have a microwave and a place to prop up your luggage. The grab bar in the shower was loose which can be dangerous for senior citizens. Also, the Somos dinner menu was okay but the waitress did say they were trying out a new menu.

Pros:

Barceló Torre de Madrid is an excellent hotel! The service is outstanding, the rooms are spotless, and the design is of a very high standard. The staff are warm and attentive, and the waiters are especially courteous. William, in particular, was incredibly helpful and helped me plan a trip to Toledo. The hotel is centrally located and close to all the main attractions. I highly recommend staying here!
