Llevamos viajando muchísimos años y este hotel ha sido, hasta el momento, el mejor en el que nos hemos alojado. A pesar de ser clientes de Paradores (en España) y Pousadas (en Portugal) y de acudir siempre a 5 estrellas, el hotel ha superado con creces nuestras expectativas en todos los ámbitos. Destacamos la dedicación, profesionalidad, amabilidad de TODO su personal. En su momento, hicimos una valoración con nombres y apellidos de las personas que nos atendieron de tal manera que nos sentimos absolutamente en casa. El desayuno buffet simplemente ha sido espectacular y completísimo, con un personal de sala sobresaliente. Habitaciones cómodas, almohadas perfectas, vistas a la Plaza de España y upgrade de una de las habitaciones incluido. Volveremos sin duda y lo hemos recomendado a todas nuestras amistades.
Nada. Ha sido perfecto. No es una respuesta corta, es la realidad que hemos experimentado en el hotel. Por poner un pero, la piscina -al hallarse en el último piso de un edificio alto- era poco profunda, pero pudimos refrescarnos perfectamente, por lo que no bajo la valoración de hotel.

La ubicación excelente. La atención de Andrés, fue muy amable, profesional de 10. La habitación estaba muy bien.
No pudimos hacer check in a la hora porque la habitación no estaba disponible por un problema de olores. Lo solucionaron rápidamente haciéndonos un upgrade a otra habitación. La encargada que había en la hora del desayuno fue un poco maleducada.

El personal fue lo mejor del hotel.
Ami familia y a mi no nos pareció que sea un hotel de 5 Estrellas. Solo lo es a la hora de cobrar. Las instalaciones están viejas y mal cuidadas. Al llegar a hotel -teníamos reservadas 3 habitaciones, para dos noches- tuvieron que arreglarnos en las 3 habitaciones la climatizado porque no calentaba y los filtros estaban mal; en otra habitación en el armario encontramos los calzoncillos y calcetines usados del anterior cliente; y en otra habitación tuvieron que arreglar la cisterna del inodoro. Para tratar de compensar las molestias, nos invitaron a los desayunos, pero creo que eso no compensa. La zona de SPA y Piscina deja mucho que desear, no tienen zapatillas ni albornoces para los clientes (los tienes que bajar tú desde la habitación) y no hay secadores de pelo en los vestuarios y si no quieres marchar con el pelo chorreando agua tienes que salir a la zona de recepción del SPA para pedir un secador (alli nos dijeron que no ponen secadores en los vestuarios porque hay clientes que los roban). La piscina que aparece en las fotos no se parece en nada a la real y el agua está fría. Los teléfonos internos del hotel siempre comunican, no hay forma de contactar con Recepción (N°9) ni con el Servicio de Hanitaciones (N°250). Para pedir comida para la habitación tuvimos que bajar mas de 7 plantas, hasta la recepción de la planta que da a la calle y pedir allí.

The hotel is clean with good location. However, the hotel’s management needs to be aware of flexibility for check in and check out times. Especially when it is not affecting other people’s experience. If the hotel is willing to charge an extra fee for a late check out, then they definitely don’t care about the next customer if any.
Furthermore, they requested for a deposit fee which doesn’t make sense. Especially when you ask for it after making the full payment of the stay during check in. This is not mentioned in any of the booking details through booking.com not the confirmation email. Unfortunately, management needs further improvement to qualify for a 5 star hotel.

Il y a un parc de jeu juste en face de l’hôtel.
Être facturé 90€/nuit (ils ont fait un geste mais bon) pour ma fille de 4 ans même si elle dort avec nous, dans le même lit. Malgré la facture supplémentaire on ne te rajoute aucune serviette et rien de supplémentaire malgré une augmentation du prix d un/tiers. (Attention sur booking ils disent enfant bienvenu mais en réalité c’est payant d une place supplémentaire à partir de 2 ans).
La piscine mérite un coup de rafraîchissement.
De l’extérieur l’hôtel n’est pas très beau car il se situe dans un grand immeuble d’habitation.

Staff was not helpful with finding dinner reservations, recommending places with low ratings. Even on the 2nd highest floor, could hear consistent rumbling from either train or elevator, not sure which.

No outdoor pool but the indoor pool was very relaxing
