Pros:

В целом нам всё очень понравилось. Отель оставил приятные впечатления. Особенно хочется отметить менеджера Алену. Она всегда была очень внимательной, отзывчивой и готовой помочь по любому вопросу. Очень приятная девушка.

Также рекомендую посетить спа. Там работает замечательная массажистка из Таиланда. К сожалению, не запомнили её имя, но массаж был прекрасным.

Все сотрудники отеля были доброжелательными и создавали комфортную атмосферу. Номер тоже понравился, всё было чисто и удобно.

До пляжа пешком около 15–20 минут, но каждые два часа ходит трансфер от отеля и обратно, поэтому это не доставляло неудобств.это отличный городской отель с хорошим сервисом и приятным персоналом.

Would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Out of all the places I have stayed in Antalya this was the best for price.

I have stayed in the likes of Akra hotel but that’s £230 per night this was only £85

Cons:

Nothing massively.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Zusatz Bett in der suite war sehr unbequem. Klappte bei Bewegung zusammen. Matratze sollte ausgetauscht werden

Not quite up to expectations but excellent food.
Pros:

A la carte menu food was excellent. Buffet selection in my opinion was poor. Plenty of it but little to my liking.

Cons:

The attitude of some of the staff. They need training in customer service. The guys on reception and the blonde lady were very professional but the restaurant staff were lacking. We expected better from a Holiday Inn.

Pros:

The location is excellent and very easy to access.
The sea view from the room was absolutely outstanding, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

Cons:

The furniture seems a bit outdated, the bathrooms are of average quality, and the breakfast was average as well.
