Comfortable clean hotel with a great breakfast buffet and location. Rooms need some updates
Pros:

Location to Disney was great. Breakfast buffet was also great and had something for everyone in our family. Queen suite was roomy for family of 5, kitchen is always a plus when traveling with kids

Cons:

The couch cushion zippers were broken, needed a new couch, very messy looking. Bar stool seats were peeling also

Overall, a really great value if you have kids and what not with the meals and pool and proximity to Disneyland

Three days a week to have a social hour with free drinks and some type of dinner breakfast was OK as well.

The air conditioner had a leak and was building up some moisture on our carpet. We reported it at checkout..
