Very Peaceful
Staff, location and facilities
Cleanliness, stayed 1 month room was only once completely cleaned by staff
We were having trouble with the air conditioning and heating and the GSR at the front desk acted like she did not want to be bothered about the situation. The girl doing the breakfast was rude and kept watching me and treating me like a 2 year old at the waffle machine. When I checked in I was told that the deposit was 250 because of my service dog and the regular deposit or else we could not check in. No one has ever charged us a deposit for our service dog and under ADA you are not supposed to charge deposit for service dog.
Bardzo czysty, świetne śniadanie, różnorodne. Komfort 100%.
Brak
We love the hotel we've stayed there before, the free breakfast and the Social Hour in the evening are wonderful and a good way to meet other people there. We love the location as we can walk to many wonderful restaurants and businesses. We love going there we'll be there again. The pool and jacuzzi area is well stopped and clean and just a great location. And quick note the staff is always helpful kind and wonderful. Thank you so much staybridge!
Nothing much to report except for maybe more towels at the pool area for the guests to use.
I enjoyed the location of the property and the breakfast. The amenities in the room were acceptable.
Safety and cleanliness of our suite did not seem to be a priority at all even after several discussions and complaints to staff and managers. We had broken glass, not caused by us, in our room that was not cleaned up and staff refused to clean or help us clean it up. One front desk staff member, Jenny, was very rude when we asked why the glass hadn’t been cleaned up while we were gone all day. It makes me think twice about staying here again as safety just really didn’t seem important to the staff.
Clean and convenient
