Pros:

Very convenient location to walk in and out of town. The room was spacious and clean. Good value$$

Cons:

The tub was slow to drain. Cafe was only open certain days of the week.

Close to Friday Harbor
Pros:

The patio was a good place to relax, just make sure to tell your neighbors they will get charged if they smoke. The location was good; close enough to Friday Harbor to make it a pleasant walk. We were out on the town enough that we didn't have to spend too much time in the room

Cons:

The hallways were freeky. The room is basically a 1BR with another bed placed in the living room. Sounds of snoring from the room next door were pervasive.

We have a wonderful stay!
Pros:

First and foremost the location is perfect. At the heart of the island, 4 minutes drive to/from the ferry terminal. Walking distance to the shops.

When we arrived, it’s still very early but the friendly front desk lady was so nice to let us checked in.

Superb!!!

Cons:

Our room was doubled book and someone tried to come into our room. The toilet was constantly running. The fan was broken in the bedroom.

Pros:

Liked that it had a kitchen and all the amenities. They had water & soda for free & you could pick up extra bathroom supplies

Cons:

We had 3 rooms & had requested they be near each other. None we close to each other. Requested room near elevator for 1 room & it was far away.

Extrem Empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer, was weit über dem war, was man sonst für diesen Preis erhält. Dieses Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Quirky design to hotel and most furniture was inappropriate to these
Pros:

Breakfast was not available — on property cafe was ‘closed’ for a ‘private function’ thus not available to regular paying guests. Fortunately a delicious local bakery was 4 blocks away.

Cons:

Parking in rear lot was jammed up by oversized dumpster and trucks — not enough spaces left for normal vehicles

Nice location and staff but very dirty bathroom
Pros:

The location was great and the room was big enough for a family of four, with two king size beds, despite the description saying they were queen beds.

Cons:

The lower level rooms are extremely dark, so we were thankful when the front desk staff allowed us to move to a second floor room, which was super light. The cleaning, however, was subpar. The toilet in the main room had streaks of urine going down it, which I cleaned. There were hair strands in the bathroom, including (amazingly!) one of the ceiling of the bathroom. The second bathroom’s shower was clogged, though they quickly unclogged it for us. At least one of the windows had a very large area covered in bird poop and part of the porch was covered in bird poop too. Other areas of the room, like the kitchen, were clean, but the bathroom was truly dirty.
