Nice place-too noisy in the front rooms. I would not stay again unless I could have a back room.
Pros:

Good location. Large area with bedroom, bathroom, deck, living room and kitchen. Good cafe (breakfast/lunch) in lobby.

Cons:

We had a room near the road. Two nights there was a refrigerated truck parked outside and ran all night long. In addition traffic came in waves starting at 5:30am and was very annoying.

I would not stay here again. I would try another hotel in Friday Harbor.
Pros:

Good Location. Good bed.

Cons:

No phone in the rooms. Heater was broken. Toilet needed plunging. No room light in bedroom. Partying on 2nd floor above me after 12 midnight by 8 high school girls and boys. I went up to investigate and found them in the hall. No monitoring or security.

A nice short stay
Pros:

The hotel is well located, close to town and the ferry. The room is actually a small apartment and a balcony; it is very spacious.

Pros:

The room size was good and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The fan and lights in the suite did not work, making the room dark. The water coming out of the shower head was horrible and the temperature was poor.

Pros:

Large clean rooms with kitchenette. Pretty short walk from the ferry.

Cons:

In one unit there were no chairs - the 2nd bed is in the "living room" and no place to sit inside. There was a very small table and 2 chairs outside so that helped. The 2nd unit had a small dining table with 4 chairs inside so at least that worked for the kids.

Pros:

Although not in downtown still walkable to restaurants and downtown. Kitchenette a plus.

Cons:

Bed in family room. Should be a sofa bed for couples who need only one bed.

Beautiful views, bicycling, food, community & culture!
Pros:

Christina at the front desk was WONDERFUL since we just left a hotel in Anacortes where we were shocked at how rude & dismissive the front desk staff were for NO REASON at all... We were given an upgrade to a 2 br/2 bath w/early check in so that we could enjoy our 24 hours on the island. We loved everything about it and I plan to be back to stay for a few weeks or more in summer months soon!

Cons:

That we couldn't stay longer, but I will talk it up with/friends and plan to stay much longer in the San Juan Islands again

I enjoyed my stay overall.
Pros:

Size of rooms and patios. Thank goodness there was air in the rooms

Cons:

The place needs a facelift, specifically the rooms. Very outdated. Would be nice if kitchens had more glassware and bowls.

Great location for family vacation.
Pros:

Fantastic location! Walking distance to main area of town with shops, restaurants, etc.

Cons:

Would have liked to have access to fire pit and heaters after restaurant closed so we could enjoy the patio more.
