I enjoy my stay there overall, except that rooms were not properly dusted and bed and room was not cleaned the next morn
Pros:

Like that the property is not far from downtown Austin

Cons:

Rome were not well cleaned and bed not fix I had to call to order extra towels

Pros:

I liked that your hotel room was bigger than I expected (it even had some chairs, a desk, and even pillows!) Also, the location was next to many destinations that I could easily go to like Barton Springs Pool. At night, the hotel was relatively quiet and the bed was soft and comfortable to ensure me a good sleep. Great Job!

Very bad experience

Cons:

Bad service in regards to towels
Very hard and brittle and some towels had hair from someone else
Also, all exterior doors make loud bang noise when closing due to the type of hardware and style of doors
