Good stay for the money. Very good location.
Pros:

The location is very good right near Suidobashi and Kasuga and Karagen stations.

It is right across the street from a shopping mall with lots of restaurants, pharmacy and everything you should need.

The hotel gives you amenities free like facial cream, shaving gel, toothpaste and toothbrush, etc.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit outdated and need some renovation. Cleaning is done once every 3 days as I understood.
