Pros:

EXCELLENT LOCATION Exceptional clean and comfortable room. We checked into the Residence city view room comes with 2 bathroom. The concierge was really helpful to allow us to leave our luggage when we checked out and then return again on 3rd day as we didnt want to carry all our big luggage since we moved to stay 1 nite in the Hanok village. That was really helpful and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, shopping and restaurant are easily accessible
