Pros:

A really underrated Hotel! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. This starts with the woman who prepares the breakfast (by the way the most amazing we had during our trip through Turky) and ends with the guy at the reception who spontaneously is able to book trips to favourable conditions and give informations at any time! Be aware that you need cash to pay the tours.
The view of the balloons is also better than expected and it takes 2 minutes to reach the center of Göreme by foot.

Pros:

This family run hotel is formerly the family home and grandmother still lives in one of the separate areas. The location is great, the terrace was peaceful with a wonderful view. Scrupulously clean. Ahmet was amazingly helpful in coordinating activities and giving insight into the culture and area. Eka makes a wonderful breakfast with fresh baked pastries.

Pros:

Excelente localização. A família dona da pousada é muito simpática.

Cons:

Quarto ruim, camas e roupas de cama de péssima qualidade. Staff não fala inglês e não é proativo. Difícil de conseguir qualquer apoio deles em dicas e suporte. Tentei pedir um taxi e sugestão de locais pra visitar, mas não consegui.

Perfect during daylight, aesthetic can be better at night.

Breakfast was lovely..staff were lovely, location nice as slightly away from the main drag. Bed very comfortable!

Cons:

Shower head could have been better as you had to hold it for the duration of your shower due to the angle and rigid height.
Appreciate weather wasn’t in height of summer but more could have been made up for balloon terrace viewing..but minor points..overall stay good.

The best one in Kappadocia!
Pros:

This was, without a doubt, one of the best stays I’ve ever had in my life. My friend and I were extremely well welcomed and accommodated.
The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained.
The staff truly makes all the difference — everyone was incredibly polite and helpful.
Omar and Fatma, who are responsible for the hotel; Enayat, who welcomed us and helped us with everything we needed; and Eka, the cook who makes the best scrambled eggs in the world!!
I will definitely come back. Highly recommended! ⭐️
