Excelente hotel em região mais isolada
Pros:

O banheiro e o quarto são ótimos!

Cons:

O trânsito na região é pesado, a distância pra região de Harvard é pequena mas o deslocamento não foi tão fácil quanto se vê no mapa. É desanimador se deslocar pra outra região.

Pros:

O hotel é moderno e o quarto é espaçoso, com boas instalações, e fica próximo à estação de Alewife (durante o dia é mais confortável cortar caminho pela reserva, porque o trajeto é mais plano).
Todos do staff foram muito educados e prestativos, atendendo as nossas solicitações com muita rapidez. Destaque para o senhor que nos atendia no café da manhã, que foi extremamente gentil, atencioso e profissional.

Emplacement à proximité du métro Alewife

Cons:

L’hôtel est en bord d’autoroute … c’est à dire avec du traffic du 4h du matin jusqu’à 23h !
Je n’ai pas eu la chambre que j’avais réservé, malgré ma réclamation, il ne s’est rien passé et personne ne m’a tenu informé.
Personne n’aide pour les bagages.

Las instalaciones.

Cons:

Estaba en la última estación del metro y había que caminar por el bosque. Se nos hizo peligroso. Si no llevas coche, no es tan cómodo. El restaurante cerraba a las 10 am y ya no había opciones para cena. No se nos hizo nada práctico. 2 días no nos hicieron la limpieza.

Cons:

$30 for parking was excessive. Bad rating is largely due to this. However, the shower floor was very slippery. It was hard to figure out how to operate the shower.

4 night family stay for Boston Marathon
Pros:

The staff were amazing from when we first stepped foot in the hotel, nothing was a hassle to them and they were so friendly and helpful a real credit to the hotel. The room was brilliant just what we required and we had a nice view in the morning to wake up to. The bed was super comfy and the food was delicious
