המלון היה נקי, למעט סט מצעים שהביאו לנו לסדר את המיטה הנוספת שהיו מוכתמים

היחס של הצוות היה משפיל ומבזה. הזמנו חדרים ל3 ול4 אנשים, עם ארוחת בוקר, אמרו לנו שארוחת הבוקר היא רק לאדם אחד או שניים ושהם לא מחוייבים למה שבוקינג מוכרים.
החדר לא היה מוכן, למרות שהגענו בשש בערב.
נתנו לנו לפתוח את המיטה לבד ולסדר את המצעים, כי הצוות עמוס. הסדינים שהביאו לנו היו מוכתמים.
בנוסף,נאמר לנו שהחניה בתשלום, 30 דולר ליום, אבל בעזיבה הבנו שלא היה ולא נברא והחניה היתה חינם.

Don't pay for the breakfast
Pros:

Nice room and furnishings

Cons:

Breakfast isn't worth the money. The waitress was very grumpy. No service whatsoever. Only cold food and almost nothing left at 10am even though it closed at 11am on Sunday. It claimed they would have fresh order eggs and bacon. They had none of that.

Very unhappy experience at the end.
Pros:

The location is ok, the problem is there is no taxi around, especially in the early morning. So I consulted the receptionist the day before I planned to leave. He confirmed that I can get a taxi in the early morning, but in fact I didn't get any kind of taxi in half an hour, even though the receptionist tried several phones. So I had to hurry up to metro station for the airport with my heavy luggage. It's a disaster!!! I almost failed to catch my flight and got myself totally exhausted.

Cons:

They can either have several taxi connections that can provide instant support or offer shuttle bus from hotel to the metro station Alewife, at least provide some convenience to clients who leave very early.

Beds were comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was overpriced. For the food offered it wasn't worth $21.00 per person. No full menu available for dinner. Had to order delivered food every night. Housekeeping was so-so.

It’s a modern property. Bats are comfortable.

Cons:

I stay there two days. There was no room service that means no towels to use the next day. The coffee machine was broken. The hotel is not walking distance to anything.

Did not enjoy this hotel at all unfortunately
Pros:

Cons:

parking is in the different building so we had to drag all our suitcases, nobody at front offered any help. You pay $30 extra for every day parking, have to go to front dest every time to validate parking ticket. Very uncomfortable.
Rooms were not clean properly, floor was dirty. The room with 2 beds was so small and had no place
to put our clothes at all

Coming from Okinawa and back to America 6yrs later, my stay was very refreshing.
Pros:

I loved how beautiful the whole facility and surrounding area is!

Cons:

I would’ve preferred to have more water pressure in the showers, and the safe didn’t really work so that I could lock up my valuables.

Personel çok yardımseverdi. iki odam vardı. talep ettiğim gibi odalarım yanyanaydı. Genel otel durumu ve odalardaki eşyalar kaliteli ve güncel durumdaydı. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi.

Cons:

Otel konumu beklediğim kadar merkezde değildi. Fiyat performans da biraz zayıftı. Katta ortak kullanılan Mikrodalganın olduğu yerde ağır bir koku vardı. Ses yalıtımı çok iyi değildi. Bulunduğum odada dışaırdan genel havalantırma gürültüsü rahatsız ediciydi. Otoparka günlük ilave 30 usd ödedim.

Modern hotel with nice rooms, but in a somewhat remote location
Pros:

The hotel itself was lovely, and the room was modern, spacious, and very nice.

Cons:

The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. We thought it was broken, but when we asked about it, we were told that none of the rooms have exhaust fans. The shower itself was nice, but the drain got clogged, and maintenance had to come and fix it. The hotel is in an isolated area, about an 11-minute walk from the nearest station. On the way there, we had to pull our suitcases along a deserted road, which felt a bit unsettling. We took a Lyft back to the station.

The staff were friendly and efficient and the grounds are beautiful
Pros:

The staff was remarkably welcoming to me and my little dog. It was particularly nice to have Alewife Reservation across from the entrance where we enjoyed a beautifully landscaped park full of summer flowers with plenty of places to sit.

Cons:

In spite of it being close to a busy highway, you did not hear the highway nor did you feel that you were close to it, but it was slow to access during high traffic time.
