Quarto muito pequeno, banheiro com cheiro de retorno do esgoto, box estava vazando a água, toalhas muito usadas e a cama não muito confortável. Falta atenção a manutenção da infraestrutura dos quartos

Ao chegar, a acomodação não correspondia ao que havia sido apresentado no momento da reserva. Após relatar a situação à equipe, fui prontamente atendido e transferido para outro quarto, que atendeu melhor às minhas expectativas. Fiquei satisfeito com a solução e, principalmente, com a atenção e o profissionalismo dos funcionários.
