A pousada é extremamente bem localizada. O café da manhã é simples, mas gostoso - e as funcionárias são muito atenciosas. Os recepcionistas também são muito solícitos e fizeram nosso check in bem antes do horário normal sem cobrar nada por isso. O quarto tem um espaço bom e a área da piscina é muito agradável.

Cons:

Seriam apenas pontos de melhorias, já que não atrapalharam nossa estadia: poderiam melhorar os travesseiros e as roupas de cama/banho. Também colocar uma cortina com blackout, como tinha na porta de acesso à varanda.

Fizeram o que puderam - puderam pouco. Podem melhorar com os investimentos adequados.
Pros:

Café da manhã excelente, com grande oferta de alimentos, staff cordial e localização excelente.

Cons:

Janela do quarto faz barulho demais porque em JP venta muito, o colchão está velho demais, todo descosturado. O hotel precisa de um retrofit nos quartos, a pia do banheiro está com escoamento reduzido, algo inaceitável para esse tipo de negócio. Precisam melhorar bastante para se manterem competitivos ao longo do tempo.

pessoal da recepção maravilhosos, super atenciosos, o quarto que fiquei achei um pouquinho pequeno, mas isso não diminuiu o atendimento excelente do pessoal que trabalha no hotel as meninas do cafe da manha sempre uma simpatia.
