방은 엄청 넓음
Pros:

방이 넓음
청소만 잘해줬어도 훨씬 좋았을듯.

Cons:

왜인지 모르겠으나 세면대 테이블에 초코케잌 가루 붙어있고 변기에 소변자국도 있었음.
현관쪽에 바선생도 마주쳤는데 애들 재우던차 늦은 시간이라 방 교체 요청은 못하고 남편이 대충 쫓아냄. 근데 벽을 기어오르는 모습 보고 진짜 식겁함.
멘탈털리고 조식 먹을 맛 뚝떨어져서 조식 결제했던거 환불하고 안먹겠다 했더니 정책탓하면서 못해준다그럼. 그래서 바퀴벌레 나온거 관련해서는 보상해주느냐 물으니까 그제서야 내려와서는 선심써주듯이 환불해줌.
남편은 밥 먹는대서 아침에 혼자 조식 다녀왔는데 밥은 어딨는지도 모르겠고 먹을거 없었다고 함. 사람도 없었다고 함.
진주에 가족호텔이 거의 없어서 그나마 웨딩홀 호텔이면 기본은 하겠지 싶어서 간거였는데 방 넓은거 침구류 괜찮은거 빼고는 청소랑 위생이 많이 아쉬웠음. 방역 일주일 전에 했다던데 세면대 초코케잌 가루 봤을때 바퀴벌레가 방역 직후인데도 출몰한건 놀랄 일은 아닌듯....청소에 좀 더 신경써주시길 🙏

A good quality hotel in a good position not far from city hall and central market.
Pros:

We had a spacious and well appointed corner room with floor to ceiling glass offering excellent city views. Comfortable bedding. Very clean large luxury bathroom.
Excellent gym facilities. Didn’t use the sauna despite having complimentary vouchers. Breakfast voucher for one a little unusual. We purchased a second breakfast which is probably the whole idea behind it. Breakfast menu offerings quite good. Check in strictly not till 3 but we were able to leave our bags. Short walk to the big market. Coffee shop downstairs. Staff were very nice and spoke a little English.
A very nice modern hotel we would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Would have loved an iron and ironing board.

가성비 굿! 시설도 청결도 나쁘지 않았음!

Cons:

여직원 불친절함.
객실 전등이 너무 어두워 안에서 뭘 할 수가 없음.
다른 객실 화장실에서 담배 핀 냄새 다 올라옴. 이건 호텔의 문제라기보다는 담배를 핀 사람이 교양이 없고 미개한 것이므로 꼭 호텔측의 단점이라고 볼 수는 없음.

Pros:

Location was great with very good amenities! The fitness center had everything i wanted, and close proximity to convenience stores for late night runs

Cons:

My AirConditioning didnt help cool the room. There was a night where my room went up to 28C, so i had to open the window. I set the AC to cool but it did not help at all.

두번째 숙박인데 프런트 매니저님들이 항상 친절하고 잘 도와주셔서 만족스럽습니다.

Cons:

Make up room 표시를 했는데 청소가 되지 않고 수건 교체도 하지 않은 날이 있었어요. 욕실 어매니티는 도구가 없이 끼울 수가 없는데 청소하시는 분이 교체해주지 않고 그냥 두고 가셔서, 저녁에 호텔 프런트에서 직접 오셔서 교체해주셨습니다.

Pros:

Poor service, foreign hair in the shower, stained towels and bed linens, windows covered with fingerprints and facial smudges, and visible stains on the walls. It was obvious what previous guests did in this room.
