The staff was very nice, the free decoration on the bed was nice. Staff was very accomdating with our request when we needed to use cutlery. The rooftop was very cool. Air conditions were good. Pool was nice and clean. Excellent location.
Bed sheets wearnt that clean had a stain and weren't getting changed, bathroom wasn't the best too ventilation needs work. The gym was also a little small.

Great location if you want to be in the touristy busy area of Seminyak. They provide a good breakfast and enjoyed the pool and rooftop spa facilities.
Most bali accomodation is wrought with the issue of dampness due to the humidity, this is no different. The staff were extremely accomodating to my cleaning requests and helped me change room as I am very sensitive to smell and mildew. So thanks for that. I didn’t realise it was two star when I booked.

When first booking I had booked the Superior room but when arriving realized for some reason the windows in the room do not open. Being I was staying for two weeks there is no way I could have stayed in a room for that amount of time with no air. The rooms also smelt a little stale from having no air flow. Maybe the windows could be opened and set a lock for the amount it opens if it's a safety issue? I asked to be upgraded to the Junior suite which I loved although I was charged for the night I didn't even stay at the hotel as my flight was cancelled for the upgrade also which I really didn't understand. I had booked the original room the day before so no sure why I was paying for the upgrade I made the next day. Some things around the hotel definitely need attention but the staff is truly what made the stay amazing. They were caring, consistent and ensured every ones needs were met. I really think the cleaners do an amazing job as do the front desk staff you all need an applause for your hard work.

3. I came back to hotel to take something that I forgotten and to realise that the staff didnt emptied the bins. They said they have cleaned the room 14th June
4. The toilet has an odor that we had to use our perfume to spray
5. There was an incident where we came back to the room and my toilet bowl has dirty stain. 12th June

They need to work on their food quality and portion is too small for a tourist, need 2 dining chairs in the room
