Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal.

Cons:

Malheureusement nous étions dans une chambre avec fenêtre mais au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée. Donc la fenêtre n'est pas utilisable car elle donne sur court. La chambre est donc très sombre.

最高です！ヴィスタルームに大人１名子ども２名で泊りました。眺めの良いテラス付きで子どもたちは大盛り上がり。木づくりの良い匂いが印象的だったそうです。プラナカンのお家に滞在できるって、宿泊自体が豊かな学びになります。階段にネガティブ評価がややみられるこのホテル、いやいや面白い構造ですよ。吹き抜けをうまく活用した廊下は開放感があります。色々な事に迅速に対応してくださるスタッフ、美味しい朝食（メニューの幅はささやかですが、手作りの温かさを感じられるおかゆや肉料理、ご当地のカヤバターとトースト、ナシレマ）、ベッドメイクの徹底さには、宿泊客に対するリスペクトを感じます。系列ホテルのより上級なHeeren Palm Suiteには手が伸びませんが、ここでも大満足。ちなみに朝食は向かいのPalmにてなので重厚な歴史や文化を感じながらの朝ごはんです。まるで博物館。ジョンカーストリートの喧騒からちょっと離れた立地も、落ち着いていてよいと思います。

Tolles Hotel in spitzen Lage
Pros:

Tolles Zimmer auf 2 Etage und super Lage mitten in der Stadt. Die Anfahrt und das Parken waren trotz schlechter Parksituation in dem Stadtteil hervorragend, da das Hotel über eigne Plätze hinter dem Haus verfügt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

A comfortable and convenient stay.
Pros:

The historic building is exceptionally well-maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is highly professional and friendly. The breakfast is simple but absolutely delicious.

Charming Heritage Stay in the Heart of Melaka
Pros:

Excellent location within easy walking distance of Jonker Street. Loved the traditional heritage shophouse setting, which gave the stay plenty of character. Duplex family room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast served at the charming dining area across the road at Heeren Suites was enjoyable. Private parking was available at the sister property opposite the hotel, where reception is also located.

Cons:

There is no lift, so carrying heavy luggage to the rooms can be challenging. Travelling with smaller suitcases is recommended. Our bedroom was on the upper level while the bathroom was downstairs, meaning we had to use the stairs whenever we needed the bathroom. There was also no proper writing desk for working, and the WiFi signal was quite weak during our stay.

If you are travelling with kids, stay somewhere else.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Jonker Street, and the staff are very friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an early check-in, as we were exhausted from the hot weather. The room was already prepared, with the air conditioning switched on before our arrival, which was a very thoughtful touch and made us feel welcomed right away.

Cons:

I would not recommend this hotel for families with kids.

The hotel is a heritage property with a century-old wooden structure. However, the floors, walls, and staircases are all made of wood, which means sound insulation is naturally very poor. Our room was a duplex unit, and simply walking up and down the stairs created noticeable noise.

Throughout our stay, we received multiple phone calls from the front desk regarding noise complaints. Unfortunately, instead of helping to find a practical solution, the staff repeatedly called our room to relay complaints, which significantly affected our overall experience and enjoyment of the trip.

While I appreciate the historical charm of the building, the hotel may not be suitable for families with children. The constant disturbance from complaint calls left us feeling stressed rather than welcomed, resulting in a disappointing stay.

Cons:

The lock of room was broken, even though they have been very helpful and tried fixing it few times, the lock was still not attached to the door, loosen and dangling. We didn’t feel safe hence skip the stay and checked out same day.

If you are unable to carry heavy luggage’s on your own, it’s tedious to drag luggage’s across the street and climb up staircase.

The only good thing is all staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Khách sạn nằm ngay trên một trong những trục phố chính, rất tiện lợi. Là một ngôi nhà ống điển hình của Malacca, mang nét đặc trưng của địa phương. Căn phòng family của chúng tôi rất đẹp, view xuống phố cổ. Phòng có gác xép cao ráo, xinh xắn. Nhân viên khách sạn rất dễ mến. Chúng tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đấy lần sau.
