Perfetto per chi ha scali rapidi a Istanbul
Pros:

Struttura bella e moderna staff gentilissimo. Comodo per soste brevi a Istanbul avendo comunque la fermata della metro a 5 minuti che consente di arrivare in centro in circa mezz’ora. La posizione decentrata aiuta a raggiungere in breve tempo l’aeroporto. Ottima colazione.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato la seconda notte lì in quanto la prima (siamo arrivati di notte) ci veniva offerta come stop over dalla Turkish. Per visitare Istanbul più giorni ovviamente avremmo optato per una struttura più centrale.

Started on a promising note but ended up being quite disappointing.
Pros:

Rooms were sizeable and fairly comfortable, but beds and pillow were quite hard. Breakfast was odd, certainly not enough options if you were vegan or have allergies. As for service, HAKAN was excellent - friendly, helpful, always smiling. I wish more of the staff would learn from his customer service.

Cons:

The lack of customer responsiveness of some staff, not being flexible in trying to meet customer needs and the staff wanting to charge for every little thing. Often it seemed they were more focused on money than customer service and satisfaction. Also the brusque, almost rude manner of some of the staff was unsatisfactory - they could learn from Hakan, who was always trying to help, always smiling.

En una semana, no nos hicieron la cama ni un solo día. La habitación estaba sucia. El espejo, daba pena. El suelo, igual
Pros:

Nada. Un hotel de 5* que parecía de 3*. Fue un fiasco.

Cons:

Falta de limpieza. Fatal el desayuno. Hacían las tortillas con un montón de huevos ya batidos en un bol. La comida de malísima calidad.
