The hotel is well located next to the Forum shopping center and the metro station. The local restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices. The hotel itself is clean, spacious, and the service is very good, especially Hakan.

Хотелът е много добър, със страхотна закуска и отлично местоположение - само на 1 минута пеша от МОЛ Форум Истанбул. За пореден път отсядаме там. Има и басейн, който този път не можахме да посетим, поради липса на време.

تم تقديم شكوى في اليوم الاول وتم تكرار نفس الخطا في اليوم التالي بالرغم من وضع ملاحظة من قبل الاستقبال ورغم طلب تنظيف الغرفة من خلال اشارة التنظيف
تم تبرير هذا التقصير ليومين متتاليين بسبب وجود اشغال كبير للفندق وبالطبع هذا عذر اقبح من ذنب
ازعاج كبير في الممرات واصوات ابواب مرتفعه طوال الليل وادارة الفندق لم تجد اي حل للموضوع

Brekfast was amazing... also location.. I am really happy to choose this hotel. If you want to use subway it is close.. so you can park your car and go anywhere in Istanbul was too easy.

Really good local transport within 5 minute walk.. nice pool, spa and gym areas. If you like shopping there was a very big shopping mall just across the road open until 10pm..
Good hot and cold breakfast.
The restaurant was only open for breakfast. The onsite Starbucks did serve a limited menu. Like all hotels alcoholic drinks were extremely expensive and measured.
