Very comfy bed, bath, good location, clean towels, AC working well, we could leave out things and take a shower after check out
By far my worst stay in the Vietnam, the room was in bad condition, it was old and not well maintained, the water in the bath sometimes was hot sometimes cold, breakfast wasn't good, better to eat in the city, overpriced place and it's not a good standard for a 4 star hotel. The shower in the spa had a stain of the black mold on the ceiling.
Easy to access , in the center. Staff was responsive
Pretty much everything. The hotel doesn't look like the photos; it’s old, unclean, and has an unpleasant smell. We asked to change rooms because the first one was truly awful. Towels not clean, leak on the bathroom’s tile , mild in every corner. The second room was better but still nowhere near up to standard. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The only positive was that the staff responded quickly via WhatsApp, but that’s it. We didn't even touch the breakfast; it was laughable. We had just come from a stay at a countryside homestay—which was simpler and more rustic, yet ultimately much cleaner and more pleasant. Also, there are nearby bars that blast music at full volume (I imagine it can be heard from the other hotels, too).

Rien ! Cet hôtel n'est pas à recommander et n'est pas du tout un 4 étoiles. Les européens ne doivent absolument pas réserver dans cet hôtel. 0 hygiène, tout est sale, salle de bain pleine de moisissure. Serviettes tâchées. Petit déjeuner pas au niveau. Staff qui comprend à peine l'anglais et qui se moque de nos plaintes. La seule bonne chose serait l'emplacement

La première chambre proposée avait une fenêtre qui donnait sur le couloir de l'hôtel, donc aucune privacité.
Le petit déjeuner est le point faible de l'hôtel, pas propre,pas de choix pour le petit déjeuner européen, En règle générale, on ne sent aucune préoccupation de la direction pour le petit déjeuner
Breakfast was very average. Not a lot of choice if you dont eat noodles and pork for breakfast. Room was older but good size and comfy bed/pillows.Balcony perfect for watching Sapa life!
