Exceptional place to stay in the heart of Fira
Pros:

Hotel was modern, clean, comfortable and the staff were exceptional! Lovely family, very welcoming and helpful. Location was great, right in the centre of town and only 10min from the bus station. The family run restaurant next door also had great food! Would recommend staying!

Todo muy bonito el hotel, limpio y acogedor!! Punto extra a favor que hablan español los chicos de recepción.
Esta muy céntrico se podria decir que justo en el corazón de todo lo que hay que ver.. tiendas, restaurantes el mirador ubicación excelente. El desayuno incluido fenomenal muy completo y delicioso la atención del personal de 100.
Si vuelvo a Fira sin duda vuelvo a hospedarme en Asimina 100 de 100 👌

Posizione perfetta. A pochi metri dalla strada principale e all inizio della zona turistica. Struttura in bella posizione. Lascia a desiderare qualche particolare. Colazione rispetto all orario previsto inizia piu tardi e quindi non ne abbiamo potuto usufruire e ci siamo dovuti organizzare altrimenti.

Excellent service and very comfortable
Pros:

I liked the location and the staff were super friendly and accomodating. I had breakfast included and it was so nice, they knew exactly how we liked our food from day one. Room was clean and comfortable, even the bathroom was amazing.

Perfect location, family owned hotel and amazing food.
Pros:

Family owned hotel the staff were very friendly and upgraded our room for free and treated us like family, definitely recommend. Prime location in Fira close to bus stop and can get tour, taxi and quad bikes within walking distance.

Huone oli siisti ja keskeisellä paikalla Firassa. Aamupala oli aika maltillinen, ihan ookoo.
Muut työntekijät olivat todella ystävällisiä.

Cons:

Vastaanotto oli hiukan epäsiisti ja piti hetken miettiä onko tämä edes vastaanotto.
Tulimme hotelliin hiukan etuajassa ja olimme lähdössä veneretkelle, joten kysyimme onko mahdollista saada huonetta tuntia aikaisemmin tai pyyhkeitä mukaan retkelle.
Vanhempi herrasmies tiskin takana oli mielestämme töykeä, ei olisi halunnut antaa huonetta aikaisemmin eikä pyyhkeitä.
Nuorempi työntekijä antoi ystävällisesti pyyhkeet ja olisi antanut myös huoneen. Vanhempi mies myös vaati heti kirjauduttuamme sisään tipin jättöä siivojalle tästä hyvästä ja jatkoi meuhkaamista pyyhkeistä ja siitä että huonetta ei voi missään tapauksessa antaa aikaisemmin.

Pros:

Hotel molt cèntric a Fira. Tot i estar al mateix centre, no se sent gens de soroll, cosa que permet descansar molt bé.

L’esmorzar és molt bo i el personal és molt amable i atent. Ens van donar moltes recomanacions i ens van ajudar molt durant l’estada.
