Wundervolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage! Unglaublich tolles Frühstück und Restaurant. Es gibt eine Tee und Wasser Station, alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Abends wird eine Wärmflasche aufs Zimmer gebracht und man kann im Innenhof am Ofen mit Decke und Wärmflasche sitzen

Me gustó todo. El Hotel es precioso, los empleados súper amables y la comida y el restaurante inmejorables. El trato, la atención … brutal. No me imagino volver a Cusco y alojarme en otro Hotel.

Foi o primeiro hotel em que não aceitaram um early check in, contudo fizeram os possíveis para ter o quarto pronto o mais cedo possível.
Bom pequeno almoço, mas com falta de sumos naturais mais diversificados.

Chegámos cedo e cansados, não tínhamos quarto e questionamos se seria possível termos pequeno-almoço. Num hotel deste tipo seria de esperar a cortesia de oferecer o pequeno-almoço aos hóspedes que chegam muito cedo, contudo quiseram cobrar 20 dólares por pessoa.

A equipe do hotel é extremamente atenciosa, sempre pronta a ajudar com qualquer necessidade durante a estadia. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com boas opções para começar bem o dia antes das aventuras em Cusco. As instalações são todas de muito bom gosto, com uma decoração cuidadosa e muitos amenities disponíveis, o que torna a experiência ainda mais agradável. A localização é excelente: fica a pouquíssimos metros da Plazoleta de San Blas e também a pouquíssimos metros da Praça das Armas, dois dos pontos turísticos mais conhecidos e charmosos de Cusco, o que facilita muito explorar a cidade a pé. Vale mencionar que o hotel fica em uma área um pouco mais elevada, então o cardio precisa estar em dia, já que as subidas são constantes no caminho até lá — mas isso não chega a atrapalhar em nada, e a estadia como um todo foi excelente, maravilhosa.
