Pros:

Lage war super. Direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsberei. Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Beautiful, historic hotel
Pros:

It is a beautiful building and the customer service by staff was excellent.

Cons:

fold out sofa I slept on was quite uncomfortable. While one doesn't expect perfection from a sleeper-sofa, there are better options available these days. It was hard to shower without water spilling out.

Pros:

Prachtig oud pand met ruime kamers. Gelegen in het centrum van de oude stad.

Cons:

De inrichting van de kamers is gedateerd en de kamer was op sommige plekken wat stoffig.

Ich würde es nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Ersatzzimmer war gut (Suite), allerdings fehlte auch hier ein Vorhang, so dass bereits morgens um 6 die Sonne aufs Gesicht schien. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer war eine Zumutung. Keine Lampe am Bett, fehlender Vorhang, die Tapete war an vielen Stellen abgeblättert und der Teppichboden eine Zumutung. Ich bekam ein anderes Zimmer (siehe oben).

Pros:

The building is amazing! We could really feel the smell of history, in a good way - we loved it.
Staff was nice. The room was good, confortable and spacious.

Cons:

It was a weekend night in a touristic period, but the price wasn’t cheap - it was still good value for money, considering we are helping maintain a historic building
A significant let down was breakfast: buffet was generous enough, but not everything was fresh: all the bread and cakes were clearly from the day before - this is something you just don’t do!
