Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, vorallem bedingt durch die Lage, das historische Gemäuer und Freundlichkeit des P

Die Lage ist zentral und könnte nicht besser sein, die Geschichte des Hauses ist beeindruckend. Das Zimmer groß, hell und mit Blick auf die Heiliggeistkirche.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war etwas chaotisch, da das Restaurant aktuell geschlossen ist sind die Abläufe etwas improvisiert. Wir mussten teilweise recht lange auf Brot/Brötchen, Butter und Kaffee warten. Nachdem wir gemeldet hatten, dass die im Zimmer vorhandene Toilettenbürste nicht nutzbar ist da der Griff abgebrochen war wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies bekannt sei, wir ja nur eine Nacht da seien und daher keine Lösung zur Verfügung stünde. Finde ich für ein Haus in dieser Klasse etwas unglücklich gelöst.

Always wanted to stay in this hotel as we travel to Heidelburg annually, Wonderful feel good pricing

Gret location. its closing for major renovations next month so any issues we had will no doubt be addressed. Hopefully they retain the wonderful ambience of the main parts of the building.

Excellent location but tired hotel
Pros:

Location was perfect. Right in the middle of the old town with everything walkable from the front door.

Cons:

I appreciate it’s an old property and it was a lovely building but it’s in need of an upgrade and more attention to detail. The curtain was hanging off the rail and bathroom fittings were broken. While appeared clean on the surface, the carpets are badly stained and need replaced. For some reason the fridge in the room was locked so we couldn’t use it to keep water cool.

Een stukje geschiedenis in een fantastische locatie
Pros:

De locatie was fantastisch: midden in de Altstadt dus vrijwel alle highlights van de stad zijn makkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Het hotel ademt een zekere charme uit omwille van zijn historisch karakter. De kamers zijn ruim en elke dag krijgt men een nieuwe fles water op de kamer.

Cons:

Je merkt dat er hier en daar wel wat sleet op het interieur zit. Er is geen airco op de kamer. Het ontbijtbuffet is ok maar niet bijzonder.

Perfekter Ort, um in Heidelberg einen Kurzurlaub zu genießen

Ein wunderschönes Hotel im ältesten Gebäude von Heidelberg. Das Personal hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren super gemütlich und bequem. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können keine negativen Punkte finden. Leider wird das Hotel einen neuen Pächter bekommen. Wir hoffen, dass dieses wundervolle Gebäude auch zukünftig in gute Hände kommt.

Pros:

Das alte Gebäude und die Lage ist Spitzenmäßig. Das Frühstück war auch super.

Cons:

Es ist zwar eins, wenn nicht sogar das älteste Gebäude in HD aber man könnte ja trotzdem ein paar Erneuerungen vornehmen. Ein Badewanne mit hohem Einstieg ist nun wirklich nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
Desweiteren ging die kleine Lampe am Waschbecken im Bad nicht. Ebenfalls waren wir bissl entsetzt, das es hier als Zahnputzbecher nur Pappbecher gibt😔 also ein Glas wäre mir bedeutend lieber gewesen! Schade. Aber ansonsten war alles gut.
