Suite was very big, breakfast was perfect.

Cons:

Sauna in the room didn't work (never reached usable temperature). Extremely small fridge that wouldn't even fit a half-life bottle. Some staff members on the reception were completely clueless about public transport in Kiruna, however other were very helpful.

Pros:

Väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Vi hade bokat ett rum med dubbelsäng men ville byta till ett rum med två enkelsängar. Det löstes mycket smidigt och bra.

Cons:

Familjerummet med dubbelsäng var inte så bekvämt. Sängen var hård och obekväm. En lampa satt löst vid ena sidan sängen. Lite slitet i den äldre delen men jättefint i den nyare delen

Hemt okay og spesielt
Pros:

Fine rom, og at der var basseng og sauna.
Fin kunst på vegger og hyggelog og hjælpsomt personale.

Cons:

Var vanskelig finne i starten, google maps plasserte oss på baksiden, og så ikke inngang fra veien.
Deretter var det litt vanskelig med parkering da det ble fullt ganske fort av biler som skulle på pub/restaurant.
Innendørs basseng var steng pga renovering, og det utendørs var litt kaldt, tross overbygd tak.
Og sauna var kald, så de måtte ordne en sikring. Så ble det varmt.

Pros:

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The location is fine, and it's especially convenient that there are several bus stops nearby. However, I recommend checking the bus schedules in advance, as the buses don't always run very frequently.
