在大都市的中心遇到这样的酒店很遗憾！不要说是基础设施很差晚上去前台灯都没有一片黑暗！

Cons:

房间没有打扫干净就让客人主了，房间有类似下水道的让人难受的臭气，没有早餐提供且价格高，以后不会住这种酒店

Pros:

Очень понравилось расположение отеля. Все в шаговой доступности. Рядом расположен ТРЦ Достык Плаза и проблем с питанием и досугом не было. Завтраки не включены но есть рядом турецкий ресторан Degirmen с отличными завтраками 🫶 Однозначно выберем этот отель еще раз 💯

Goed opletten!
Pros:

Het hotel is midden in de stad en ligt qua locatie heel erg centraal. Je mocht voor de deur parkeren. En er is genoeg te zien en beleven in de buurt. Wij hebben hier uiteindelijk niet overnacht (lees het deel: 'wat viel mij tegen'), maar het personeel, de dame achter de balie heeft dit wel heel netjes opgelost.

Cons:

Onze eerste kamer viel van ellende uit elkaar. De kamer was onwijs vies, vlekken op de wc, vlekken op het bed (dekbed) en gaten in het dekbed, haren en vlekken in de handdoeken, behang dat los hing, overal gaten in de kamer, en ongedierte in de wc. Een airco die heel veel geluid maakte. Daarnaast een gek geluid, later hebben wij zelfde conclusie gemaakt dat dit kakkerlakken waren. Wij lazen ook in andere reviews dat dit een bekend probleem is in dit hotel. Omdat wij ook een kleine kakkerlak hadden in de badkamer zijn wij vertrokken en hebben wij besloten hier niet te verblijven. In overleg met de dame bij de balie, die belde met haar leidinggevende, kregen wij wel netjes ons geld terug, dat siert het hotel.
