Sehr saubere und schöne Zimmer
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr modern, sauber und absolut super. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage in Makati ist optimal. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder nehmen. Personal sehr freundlich. Wirklich super!

Cons:

1000 Pesos muss man als Depot abgeben. Da es mein letzter Tag in den Philippinen war, konnte ich auch den Pass hinterlegen und das Geld noch ausgeben. Danke.

Value for money, clean and comfy
Pros:

Staff were very polite, including the front desk, room service, and security at the door. Ken was very hospitable and helpful to the guests. They also accommodated my request for an early check-in. Highly recommended!

Cons:

There was no view from the window; we could only see the air-conditioning unit and the walls. We were staying on the 3rd floor.

Pros:

It’s near to where I’m suppose to go

Cons:

The blanket was so thin, it’s uncomfortable to sleep specially if you lower down the temperature of the aircon. If you increase to 25 degrees it is very hot

Cons:

特に日本人観光客には気をつけていただきたいことがある。外部から電話がかかってきて「アイリーンです、覚えてますか？」と言われる。私はパンデミックより遥か昔にこの詐欺をされており、たまたまアイリーンという辞めたヤヤがいたので騙されてしまったという経緯があった。この知り合いを装った詐欺は、当時から頻繁に起きており、私の日本のフルネームを知っていることからこのBooking.comかホテルからのリスト流出と考えられる。私は普段は夫の名字だからこの2点以外では私がここに泊まっていることはわからない。また部屋番号の件はフロントとマネージャーと話したところ、フロントが私の名前を聞いて、かけてきた人が部屋番号を知らないにも関わらず私への確認なしで電話を繋いでしまったことが原因だとわかった。セキュリティ意識が低いホテルだと思う。いくつかのホテルで同様の詐欺が起きており、まだこの詐欺やってたんだとなんなら懐かしささえ覚えた。即刻チェックアウトしたかったが、夫と一緒だったのでとりあえず予定通り宿泊続けた。
アイリーン以外の名前も使うと思うので、とにかく、あなたの名前を知っていても電話やメッセンジャーなどのSNSを知らないなら絶対に相手にしないこと。そっと受話器を置きましょう。今は部屋に電話がないホテルもあるし、部屋に電話がある場合はフロントに外線を絶対に繋ぐなって言っておく方がいい。
このホテルの防犯意識は低い。
あと雨が続くとホテルの前がプチ洪水になるのでGrabに嫌がられます。
