It did not deliver on the premise which made me book. I left without any resolution from the hotel.
Cons:

I booked the hotel for 2 nights because I have some shows (I'm a musician) in the area. I specifically booked this hotel because I saw that they have parking space, and their booking information says "free private parking without the need for a reservation".

So I come back to the hotel by 2am after my show (I need a car for my instruments / gear and that's why I booked a hotel in the area which has advertised parking availability). The guard and the attendant both say that (1) there's no more parking available, (2) it's first-come, first-served policy, (3) they don't have any way to help me secure a parking space.

I was not informed of these policies at check-in, where I would have refused service had I been informed of this because I know I'm coming back very late at night. I asked for more assistance but the attendant just said I could wait for the front desk personnel to come in the morning. I can't accept this, because I have a very busy next day, and my car containing my gear is still unsecured and unattended outside the hotel. They were telling me to basically absorb all the uncertainty without regard for my situation.

So I vacated the room, asked for my security deposit back, and drove home instead. I waited a week for anyone from the hotel to contact me about the incident, but there was zero contact.
