Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Visakhapatnam

Visited for a work trip. Easy access to the hotel, clean and well-maintained rooms, and good communal spaces. Hospitality was excellent—reception and service from Mr. Ramesh, Ms. Muskan, and Mr. Bhaskar was prompt and helpful during meals. Staff were welcoming throughout. Would gladly stay again.

I had an excellent stay at Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels during our visit for the Bhogapuram International Airport survey. The hospitality, professionalism, and overall guest experience were truly outstanding.

A special thanks to Housekeeping Manager Mr. Bhaskar and Ms. Padma for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and ensuring every detail was taken care of with genuine warmth and dedication. Their commitment to guest comfort was impressive.

I would also like to appreciate Front Desk Manager Mr. Ramesh for his courteous service, smooth check-in experience, and professional interaction throughout our stay.

Our Naval Veterans of 2/76 batch celebrated Golden Jubilee of our Naval Entry with 80 members ( including families) and enjoyed hospitality of Hotel, staff , facilities in Jun 2026. We all are senior citizens of age 66-68 years
All the staff coordinated our stay to be comfortable, enjoyable and peaceful.
Need to mention that the front desk staff, Restaurant staff, House keeping staff were very cordial with all of us for all the 3 nights stay
Special mention to Mr Somasekhar , Raju , Padma house keeping for their service
GM Mr Mishra was very cooperative along with director sales Mr P Sahoo. The Chef Mr Naga Muneswara Rao provided us delicious food along with Mr Antony, Appaji Rao , Shakar , Muskar and Jitender. Manager Gangar all need special mention.

Very good service from staff and especially Padma, HK, and Dinesh and Antony.

The staff was very helpful. Especially MR. Prabhas he took care of every little things that we needed plus they are very considerate. Mrs Muskan is one of the most delightful person who helped me and my family in every step. 10/10 for the staff and the atmosphere. Genuinely a nice stay and the go to place for someone wanting to visit visakhapatnam. Make sure Hotel Keys Select is the place you are staying when in visakhapatnam

First of all if you are willing to stay in the hotel then immedieatly drop this hotel from your list. I stayed on 10.06.2026 during checkout hotel request that invoice will be shared in 2-3 as the servers are located in delhi caught fire.
Today after waiting for almost 16 days and a regrious followup i havent received invoice for my stay. I am tired off by sending messages to the hotel staff.
Its senicere request dont choose this hotel.
Further i being an advocate will take a very strong legal action against this hotel at earliest.
