Voortreffelijk verblijf op fijne locatie
Pros:

Geweldige locatie om je uitstapjes te ondernemen. De kastelenroute begint praktisch bij het hotel. Vanaf deze locatie kun je makkelijk de hele hoofdstraat bewandelen

De deuren maken lawaai omdat mensen alleen aan zichzelf denken en de deuren dicht laten vallen

Hyggeligt hotel centralt i Ribeauvillé (Alsace)
Pros:

Beliggenheden er super - en skøn gade i Alsace og den meget hyggelige vinrute by Ribeauvillé. Selve hotellet også dejligt med restaurant, udendørs servering, en skøn terrasse med SPA og sauna mm. Fine værelser, ikke store, men fint med plads til de 2 overnatninger, som vi havde på stedet. Og vi var gerne blevet lidt længere 😉😃 Personalet som var til stede om morgenen/formiddagen var rigtig søde og vi fik super betjening - også på engelsk. Morgenmaden var fin med friskpresset juice, frisk brød, lækre oste, pålæg osv. Enkelte i selskabet savnede måske en pølse og lidt bacon til æggene, men der var så meget andet:)

Cons:

Ikke som sådan noget vedr selve hotellet og opholdet. Men vi oplevede en ret dårlig service begge dage fra kvinden i reception/restaurant/bar om eftermiddagen. En ting var, at hun ikke kunne noget engelsk overhovedet, det er helt ok, for det kan en venlig og serviceorienteret tilgang til "non verbal kommunikation" og lidt fransk/tysk fra vores side sagtens håndtere. Det var mere hendes småsure attitude og mangel på serviceorientering, som var iøjnefaldende, og som betød, at vi primært valgte at gå andre steder hen.

La propreté, l emplacement, juste devant le meilleur bar à bières du coin, l’espace spa, chambre confortable et jolie sauf qu’il y fait très chaud sous les combles même hors canicule

Cons:

Les employés sont adorables, mais la patronne est exécrable. La télécommande pour la Clim n est pas dans la chambre, ils refusent de la donner ce qui équivaut selon moi à de la publicité mensongère lorsqu’il est écrit « établissement climatisé ». De plus, le petit déjeuner est bon mais très très limité pour le prix.
