Pros:

За втора поредна година избираме хотел Alp, когато посещаваме Истанбул, и със сигурност бихме отседнали там отново.

Хотелът е на много удобно и практично място, което го прави отличен избор за престой. Персоналът е изключително любезен, усмихнат и винаги готов да помогне. Например, когато пожелахме да си организираме нощен круиз, те ни съдействат веднага и всичко беше уредено без никакви проблеми.

Закуската винаги е разнообразна и на високо ниво. Едно от любимите ни места е терасата, където по всяко време на денонощието можеш да седнеш, да изпиеш кафе или чай и да се насладиш на невероятната гледка към Босфора и морето.

Благодарим за чудесното отношение и приятния престой! До нови срещи!

Ең қатты ұнағаны – қызметкерлердің қонақжайлығы. Барлығы өте сыпайы, күлімдеп қарсы алып, кез келген сұраққа көмектесуге дайын болды. Таңғы аста таңдау өте көп, өте дәмді әрі жеткілікті болды. ТАңғы асқа арналған террасса да керемет.
Бұл қонақүйде өзімізді үйдегідей жайлы сезіндік. Стамбулға тағы келетін болсақ, міндетті түрде осы жерді қайта таңдаймыз. Сапалы қызметтері мен жылы қарым-қатынастары үшін үлкен рақмет! Баршаға шын жүректен ұсынамын!

Hospedagem excelente
Pros:

A equipe é muito atenciosa , o quarto que ficamos era muito espaçoso. Café da manhã é um almoço! A vista do café da manhã é linda! Contratei com eles o transfer do aeroporto e foi muito fácil e pontual. Apenas uma ressalva para quem tem mobilidade reduzida: o hotel não tem elevador, precisa subir escadas para quartos acima e tbm para o café da manhã. Não tive problemas pois não tenho mobilidade reduzida. Nota 10! Recomendo mil vezes!

Hotel ok.camere curate (dar sincer trei paharute cu apa ....pt trei persoane ...)

Am contactat proprietatea în momentul rezervării și i am rugat sa ne ajute cu un loc de parcare în apropiere.,evident contra cost,hotelul neavând parcare proprie. Am fost asigurati de acest ajutor dar din păcate ajunsi la destinație am primit niște răspunsuri ambigue care nu ne au ajutat cu nimic, domnul de la recepției spundu ne în final sa ne descurcam singuri întrebând pe strada, ceea ce am și facut.

Excelente ubicacion. Buena relacion precio - ubicación - servicios.
Pros:

Desayuno muy completo que se sirve en la terraza . Muy amables. Excelente vista desde la terraza hacia el mar. La habitacion del segundo piso es grande y comoda.

Cons:

El acceso a las habitaciones del hotel es por escalera unicamente. Esto es una limitación para personas con movilidad reducida. Complicado para subir las valijas
