Pros:

Location cannot be beat; super friendly and helpful staff; comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Given the location they do not have space for things like a little gym or breakfast nook. But hey who needs that in Trogir anyway. Oh yes: no elevator! Fine for us but definitely something to be aware of.

Pros:

As always, we love and appreciate the XII Century Heritage hotel right on the Riva in lovely Trogir. It is spotlessly clean and centrally located. The AC works well; it is very safe; the blackout curtains work well; and the mattress and linens are very comfortable. The rooms, though, could really use better / brighter / more lighting - it is very dark at night and hard to see.

Quality, location & exceptional service!
Pros:

The hotel is located directly in the promenade making it very accessible to the old town and restaurants all along the promenade. The room and decor of the hotel was beautifully done. Huge room size, great bed, good water pressure. Staff went above and beyond to store our luggage for us after checkout and arrange a transfer to the airport for us at a great price. Thank you!

Schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage für einen Zwischenstopp.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und das Frühstück waren super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir waren in der 3. Etage untergebracht und es roch leider trotz geschlossenem Fenster nach Pizzaofen oder Grill.

Pros:

Room not as advertised. Air conditioning is old and does not work. Front desk did not remedy the situation. They did not care at all. No solution presented and no partial refund.

De bakdampen van het restaurant beneden kwamen in de kamer dus bij aankomst stond de kamer blauw van de smoor en stonk het naar bakdampen.
4 etages naar boven met de trap geen lift. Onhygiënisch tapijt.

Cons:

There was a slight smell to the room, almost like someone had been smoking in it. I needed to open the window. The lack of an elevator could make it a struggle for guests with heavy luggage.

Todo en general. La habitación y baño son espaciosos, decoración elegante y todo impecable y limpio. Lo que más te agrada es la amabilidad del personal, especialmente de Ena, de recepción y la mejor conductora de carrito de golf, es encantadora y divertida.
El servicio del carrito de golf en el check in y check out hace muy cómodo llevar las maletas hasta el coche, que no puede llegar hasta la puerta del hotel.
El desayuno incluido es en ro restaurante de al lado y es desayuno a la carta pero todo incluido. Tienen de todo y de buena calidad.
