We loved our stay. We would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The hotel was modern, comfortable, and very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I'm not very tech savvy and the young lady at the front desk took the time to show me how to use an app to help me get around the city. She didn't have to do that but it was very much appreciated.

Cons:

The curtail was hard to pull to the wall to blackout the room. We were able to move it bt it took soetugging. I'm sure someone would've helped but we didn't feel like calling someone to our room when we were already ready for bed.

Τίποτα. Μόνο η τοποθεσία αξίζει.

Το Criol είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο στο ιστορικό κέντρο του Queretaro αλλά σε καμία περίπτωση δεν πρόκειται για ξενοδοχείο πέντε αστέρων, όπως λανθασμένα αναγράφει η BOOKING.COM. Στη καλύτερη περίπτωση πρόκειται για ένα ξενοδοχείο τριών αστέρων και η τιμή που μας χρέωσαν ήταν για πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο και απολύτως υπερβολική, για τις παροχές που πρόσφερε. Μάλιστα την ημέρα που κάναμε check in, στη πλατφόρμα της AGODA.COM η χρέωση για το ίδιο δωμάτιο ήταν στο 1/3 της τιμής που το χρέωσαν σε μας, παρότι είχαμε κάνει τη κράτηση 3 μήνες πριν. Ο εξοπλισμός στα δωμάτια είναι ανεπαρκής, δεν υπάρχουν καν πορτατίφ στα κομοδίνα. Ζητήσαμε ένα βραστήρα νερού, αφού δεν υπήρχε μηχανή για καφέ ή τσάι και βεβαίως δεν είχαν. Το ζεστό νερό στο μπάνιο, είναι συνήθως χλιαρό, ενώ το τηλέφωνο στο δωμάτιο δεν λειτουργούσε γιατί προηγουμένως είχε βρέξει, όπως μας είπαν. Μας χρέωσαν δύο φορές το ένα από τα δύο δωμάτια της κράτησης και υποσχέθηκαν να μας επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα, εξαιτίας των διαμαρτυριών μας και δεν ζήτησαν καν συγγνώμη.
Στο Queretaro υπάρχουν αξιόπιστα ξενοδοχεία, πέντε αστέρων, αποφύγετε το Criol δεν παρέχει τίποτα από όσα θα περίμενε κανείς από ένα ξενοδοχείο δήθεν 5αστέρων. Ήταν ότι χειρότερο επιλέξαμε κατά τη παραμονή μας στο Μεξικό.

We loved it so much we extended our stay.
Pros:

It was a smaller hotel. We didn’t have to worry about noise or too much activity.

Cons:

There was no elevator. Make sure you request a ground room if you need it. We were ok with climbing stairs. So it wasn’t an issue at all for us.

What a gem! Beautiful location, decor and service. Really attractive room, lovely surrounds. The staff were so helpful with booking private and safe transportation to CDMX.

Cons:

For the rate, everything was fabulous.
