Muy bonito
Habitación un poco pequeña
Τίποτα. Μόνο η τοποθεσία αξίζει.
Το Criol είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο στο ιστορικό κέντρο του Queretaro αλλά σε καμία περίπτωση δεν πρόκειται για ξενοδοχείο πέντε αστέρων, όπως λανθασμένα αναγράφει η BOOKING.COM. Στη καλύτερη περίπτωση πρόκειται για ένα ξενοδοχείο τριών αστέρων και η τιμή που μας χρέωσαν ήταν για πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο και απολύτως υπερβολική, για τις παροχές που πρόσφερε. Μάλιστα την ημέρα που κάναμε check in, στη πλατφόρμα της AGODA.COM η χρέωση για το ίδιο δωμάτιο ήταν στο 1/3 της τιμής που το χρέωσαν σε μας, παρότι είχαμε κάνει τη κράτηση 3 μήνες πριν. Ο εξοπλισμός στα δωμάτια είναι ανεπαρκής, δεν υπάρχουν καν πορτατίφ στα κομοδίνα. Ζητήσαμε ένα βραστήρα νερού, αφού δεν υπήρχε μηχανή για καφέ ή τσάι και βεβαίως δεν είχαν. Το ζεστό νερό στο μπάνιο, είναι συνήθως χλιαρό, ενώ το τηλέφωνο στο δωμάτιο δεν λειτουργούσε γιατί προηγουμένως είχε βρέξει, όπως μας είπαν. Μας χρέωσαν δύο φορές το ένα από τα δύο δωμάτια της κράτησης και υποσχέθηκαν να μας επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα, εξαιτίας των διαμαρτυριών μας και δεν ζήτησαν καν συγγνώμη.
Στο Queretaro υπάρχουν αξιόπιστα ξενοδοχεία, πέντε αστέρων, αποφύγετε το Criol δεν παρέχει τίποτα από όσα θα περίμενε κανείς από ένα ξενοδοχείο δήθεν 5αστέρων. Ήταν ότι χειρότερο επιλέξαμε κατά τη παραμονή μας στο Μεξικό.
The hotel was modern, comfortable, and very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I'm not very tech savvy and the young lady at the front desk took the time to show me how to use an app to help me get around the city. She didn't have to do that but it was very much appreciated.
The curtail was hard to pull to the wall to blackout the room. We were able to move it bt it took soetugging. I'm sure someone would've helped but we didn't feel like calling someone to our room when we were already ready for bed.
It was a smaller hotel. We didn’t have to worry about noise or too much activity.
There was no elevator. Make sure you request a ground room if you need it. We were ok with climbing stairs. So it wasn’t an issue at all for us.
What a gem! Beautiful location, decor and service. Really attractive room, lovely surrounds. The staff were so helpful with booking private and safe transportation to CDMX.
For the rate, everything was fabulous.

En realidad todo muy bien
The hotel is well located, with very nice architectural detail. A central courtyard with central library feature and picturesque outoor and pool area - all well presented, maintained and of high quality. A very pleasant experience staying at this property in the historic center of Queratero.
Coffee and tea in the room would have been a bonus.
Location is great, in the historical downtown area. Hotel structure is beautiful and comfort overall. Room was quite cool and overall comfortable.
Bathroom was really tiny for 3 people. We stayed in the room with jacuzzi, but not too clean I confess - when I turned on the jacuzzi, a significant amount of slime came out of the jets. This was likely caused by a long period without use or by insufficient cleaning and maintenance of the system.
Its a beautiful hotel hidden by a lovely entrance on a very historic street. I booked a King room and was really pleased with my room and its balcony overlooking the pool. The pool itself felt fresh and the decor of the hotel including the library is lovely. The hotel allowed me to keep my wine in their kitchen fridge and heated my packed lunch for me.
I got charged $4 for a coffee before my 3am departure. That could have easily been free.
The decoration
Their staff doesn’t answer the WhatsApp at night in a timely fashion nor other telephone numbers. The breakfast starts until 8 am… other hotels in the area 630am
El Hotel Crio está perfectamente ubicado en el corazón del Centro Histórico de Querétaro y en él, el huésped podrá ver el amor a la arquitectura, la decoración y las instalaciones con el que cuenta este oasis.
Las habitaciones están perfectamente climatizadas, son silenciosas, la cama y almohadas cómodas, el jardín y la biblioteca un reducto de paz y aunque no probé los alimentos, por lo que ví que comían los comensales, se veía delicioso.
En sí, sorprendido por el nivel del Hotel del cual no tendría la menor duda de regresar.
Todo me gustó. No tengo ningún pero.
La calidez y atención del personal. Muy bien desde la recepción hasta la despedida. Felicidades
