A comfortable apartment in a good location with good facilities but with two small bedrooms.

Cons:

I wondered if the huge balcony was included in the overall room size as I found the balcony unnecessarily big and the two bedrooms small. The really small second bedroom that loses space behind it for the first bedroom to have a window is an unpleasant and random design feature.

Pros:

Great location, a couple of minutes to Southbank and the train station and only 1 minute to an IGA. Friendly staff who were very helpful. Beautiful view from the 2 bedroom apartment facing City Rd. So handy having a washer & dryer in the bathroom.

Cons:

Fair bit of traffic noise, used ear plugs for the second night. Carpet needs to be replaced. Couldn’t get free to air TV to work or connect the TV to wifi.

Couldn’t access balcony due to blinds not able to be rolled up so we couldn’t open the door, heating was way too hot and no apartment central aircon control. Hard to sleep in these conditions. Have stayed numerous times here this apartment was so small and such a different experience to our other stays. Please never book me in room 1401 ever again. Have always loved staying here just not in an apartment that small with so many issues.
