Great location in Southbank
Pros:

Location was great. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but within walking distance to Flinders St Station for tram and train access. We love to walk, so it was the perfect location for us and we loved being able to walk along Southbank and the restaurants there.

The reception staff were really lovely. I had initially requested a room on a higher level but when we checked in we were in Level 10. Not a great view of the roof next door (see first 5 photos). When I spoke with the reception staff, they were more than happy to move us after a room became available. We were moved to the 32nd floor which had a much nicer outlook (see photos).

Cons:

The apartment was quite small. We had expected more room in the living room to relax in but it was pretty tight.

Also, even though there was a Foxtel set-top box, we could only watch the generic channels on the platform governed by the times set by the broadcaster. We would've loved to have chosen a movie of our choice to watch in the evening as we wound down after a full day of sightseeing.

Overall the apartment was clean, however, I noticed some old toothpaste splashes on the wall of the bathroom under the light switch which wasn't from us. There was also some significant stains on the carpet that led from the door down the hall to the living room in the apartment on Level 32..

Good value for the location, clean & warm. Easy checkin and staff were helpful.

Difficult to get help from staff to use tv and heater.
Pros:

Location was great and the unit was lovely and very well equipped.

Cons:

The tv was extremely hard to operate and help was hard to find. The heater was on high and couldn’t turn it down. And then in a case of mistaken identity police were brought to my room !

Great location with easy access to Southbank and the City.
Pros:

The accomodation was comfortable and great access to the city and Southbank. Easy to get to public transport.

Cons:

The apartment needs a pull out couch - this would be fantastic. The tap in the kitchenette leaked if left in a certain position.

Quiet, convenient and comfortable
Pros:

The location is close to Hamer Hall and Arts Centre. 7/11 opposite the hotel which was very handy. Good sized lounge/kitchen/dining room with all the facilities you need. Room 1006 had a small balcony too.

Cons:

That we couldn't stay longer.

Pros:

Location was amazing, so easy to get to a variety of destinations within Melbourne.
Overall apartment was spacious and well fitted out for a comfortable stay for 4 adults.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were numerous stains on the carpets in both bedrooms and the entrance area, it wasnt unclean, but stains were very obvious
