I had a wonderful coffee and cake experience at La Patisserie, Four Seasons Jakarta. The coffee was perfectly brewed and paired beautifully with the delicious cake, which was fresh, elegant, and not overly sweet. The atmosphere was luxurious yet relaxing, making it a great place to unwind or catch up with friends. The staff were also warm, attentive, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for high quality desserts and a memorable café experience in Jakarta.

Die Lage des Hotels ist in einer Art Geschäftsviertel. Wer also Abends das Nachtleben erkunden möchte, muss in ca 45min in die Innenstadt fahren.
This has been the most incredible stay experience ever for us.
From the warmest welcome, all the small attention to beautiful curated details and surprises, anniversary celebration and most of all all the care for our little boy. He was over the moon with all the beautiful things the team did for him.
Certainly felt like Christmas in the middle of the year.
We are very greatful for the team, who made this stay absolutely memorable.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und schön luxuriös eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war sehr gut, auch der Frühstück im Zimmer.
Leider gibt es keine Sauna und kein Dampfbad was i ch eigentlich für meine Therapie brauche. Die Servierzeit für Zimmerfrückstück war langsam und verspätet, ungünstig wenn man Geschäftstermin hat.

وكانت الخدمه فيها استغلال، طلبوا مني ادفع مبلغ مالي لخدمة تسجيل مغادره متأخره، وانا كنت اسجل خروج الساعة 8 الصباح!!

Our second visit to the Jakarta FS (I’m from the UK, partner from Jakarta). The whole team is great, naturally welcoming but going above and beyond in room service, the bar, and breakfast (we had custom embroidered room cloths for our side tables!)
Specifically - Bunga, Tino, and Raka from house keeping, and Riska / Febrin from the Nautilus bar were excellent and made us feel very at home.
We wouldn’t consider anywhere else in Jakarta!
We had to stay in this hotel 3 nights. Every time we come to our room we found a black thread beneath the door. My daughter saw a lot of snaps/tictocs video that it’s how the women’s room are tagged for the purposes of theft, rape, and the like. We didn’t like it really. I set up the alarm system from the cups and glasses in front of the door for night for the case if anybody breaks in to us. As we finished our business earlier we left as soon as we can. At the reception if could not take our deposit cash back without showing the receipt-at the same time it was me who insisted at the check-in that they write it down, they said that everything is on the system, and they do not need to write it down… Without men/husband you feel unsafe even in the Four Seasons.
the absolute best thing about it, beside the wonderful luxary was truly the staff. they were happy, respectful but most importantly it still felt like i was talking to humans. the room itself was something out of a fantasy. More prettier than the picture.
the location is just terrible. we felt locked up in a golden cage. going anywhere will take at least 20 minutes. the air polution is so bad, my mom had black snot.
