Great hotel at a great price!
Pros:

This hotel was very nice. The room was great! The pool and breakfast was wonderful too.

Location is good and quiet. Accommodations are pleasurable and adequate. Breakfast service is poor
Pros:

Room was spacious, quite and comfortable. Shower / water was hot, bed was comfortable and the room was clean. This was my third stay at this facility.

Cons:

Breakfast was dissapointing. Breakfast opens at 6:00Am and I went down for breakfast at 6:30AM. Both coffee pots were empty / All typically hot food was barely warm / There were no plates, everyone was forced to use cereal bowels. I looked for service staff in the kitchen - no one was there. This was far below what I had come to expect from this Homewood Suites.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable and plenty of room for the four of us. On the 4th of July the woman at the front desk was amazing and kind. I swear she was the only one working on the holiday and took it upon herself to wear many hats that afternoon and evening.

Cons:

Housekeeping never showed up to refresh our room and bring us clean towels etc. The policy is they only refresh towels in the room every other day, which is fine except I gathered all of the used towels and put them in a pile for them. When we returned late afternoon, we made our beds and took out the garbage, again no big deal. I called the housekeeping extension on the phone but no answer. Tried a few minutes later and again no answer. I called down to the front desk and asked if housekeeping could bring fresh towels. An hour later I went down to the front desk and the lobby was packed with people checking in and the poor woman was solo. She was the one that ended up gathering towels for us up on the fourth floor. As stated before, I think she was the only staff that showed up for work but handled the stress with a great work ethic.

Clean & comfortable
Pros:

The room was nice & clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was nice. My grandchildren looooved the pool most of all.
Plan to visit again in the next few months..

Cons:

The hotel is so far out away from everything.

This property was very welcoming, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The staff truly valued their customers and showed great courtesy throughout my stay. They even sent messages to check in and let me know if I needed anything during the day, which made the experience feel very thoughtful and personal. I genuinely felt right at home.”

Disappointing
Pros:

The location of the property was close to The Proving Grounds where my son’s soccer tournament was held.

Cons:

The staff was not friendly or welcoming. Upon arrival I did not receive an Honors member welcome package. The pool water was too cold to go swimming. The breakfast options were limited and food was bland and disgusting. Our key cards wouldn’t work every time we left our room. Multiple trips to the front desk to get new cards. Extremely inconvenient!!!

I had a great time very family oriented and great location
Pros:

I love the room size and staff. the continental breakfast was good. the staff was very helpful and nice. the location was great and right bye the mall. the pool was a great for me and my daughter.

Cons:

the pool water was a bitt cold but overall good.the game room didn't have many games. the tv did not work in the game room.
