Pros:

The hotel is in the heart of downtown and easy walk to the arena. Our room was spacious and the staff super friendly.

We enjoyed our experience there and if breakfast improved it would be great!!

Room… lobby… location… staff

Cons:

Breakfast was mediocre. My wife loves oatmeal and didn’t like your oatmeal. She also loves bacon and there was none. I liked the fried chicken patties but she doesn’t so no protein for her. Breakfast was the only low point for us.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and great location, property is in need of some TLC.

The property feels run down. Had 3 different rooms in 1st night. First room, I requested to change because of rambunctious family in the room next door, staff was very accommodating . Room #2, charging station by the bed was broken. Room #3 and final room seemed okay until I settled in I realized it was was making a humming sound and not blowing air. It was late and I was tired and had just unpacked again for the 3rd time, so rather than change rooms I turned it off and went to bed. Informed front desk in the morning and it was fixed by the time I returned later in the day. No issues the remainder of my stay.
