Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Uptown

Staff was extremely helpful with accommodating my requests. Especially Ron, he was great and made my whole experience easy and satisfying!

The breakfast was amazing!! Ms. Ann kept us entertained all while maintaining cleanliness in the environment. She has great customer service skills and cares so much about people. Anytime mine or my husbands drink was empty she was on top of refilling it for us, when she didn't even have to do that for us! We need for people like that in the world.

Unique experience to start the day when upon arriving at complimentary breakfast to hear Ms Wanda singing her own words of welcome to guests. She creates best made to order eggs and has great smile. Also giving her warm attention to seated guests is Ms Ana. Thank you and your team.

Ron G. Greeted me immediately upon entering the hotel lobby. He was extremely welcoming and even went well above and beyond his duties to help me effectively navigate and resolve an issue that had transpired before my arrival at Embassy Suites. If I ever have an occasion to stay in Uptown Charlotte again, I will certainly stay at the Embassy Suites and hope to have Ron G. assist me again.

Ms Ella was an absolute delight to host and care for our company! She was polite, professional, and always had a smile. She made our team meetings enjoyable and she has amazing hospitality skills. Thank you, Ms Ella!

The staff and customer service was great. Breakfast was amazing. Ann went above and beyond with her service. Ann made me homemade French toast. The French toast were amazing. Ms.Wanda from the made to order omelette station was executional. Not only are you greeted with a smile she sings to you while she makes your omelette. Mackenzie was amazing as well. We toured the conference rooms. She was very informative. Lastly Sietta at the front desk was amazing as well. She was very informative.

Charlotte North Carolina appears to have all of the nice people from this city working at this Embassy Suites hotel. I stayed here in August and everyone my family encountered here was very polite and accommodating. Special shout out to the Unsung Heroes, the Valet parking team! I can not express enough thanks to Joshua of the Hotel Valet team for going the extra mile to try to help me with an issue with a car rental. Joshua handled the issue with professionalism and most importantly kindness! Also a shout out to Marcus who expressed concern about the continued issue with my car rental. When they say "I got you" I knew they meant it. Honorable mention definitely goes out to Unique as well. Very helpful and genuine care for an issue they did not create says a lot in my opinion. Huge Thanks to all!

Wanda at the omelet is a must stop. She is fast and friendly- smiles and singing to everyone. This property is uptown across from the nascar hall of fame. Easy walk to most every thing.
