Hotel bom pra descanso e gastronomia.
Pros:

O Hotel é junto a um Shopping Gastronomico, vários bares e restaurantes na proximidade. O acesso a praia é uma aventura, feito por balsas...

Cons:

Piscina gelada, não é aquecida. O Bar da piscina não está funcionando. As informações fornecidas na recepção do hotel não foram verdadeiras na sua maioria. Os horários das balsas e como chegar até elas não foram bem explicados e ficamos muito inseguros.

Desagradável.
Cons:

O prato no restaurante foi cobrado, algo que não deveria pois já é uma diária razoavelmente cara. Fui pedir um abridor de vinho e não era possível entregar no quarto, o que também foi de muito desagrado. O hóspede que tinha que descer para abrir. Parecendo hotel de 1 estrela.

O frigobar não havia nada também. Eram dois hóspedes e só tinha 1 água.

Fell below expectations in cleanliness and functionality

Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom, muitas opções de pães, bolos, pratos quentes, frutas etc, os bolos não estavam secos, tudo muito bom! Chuveiro bom, cama confortável, ar condicionado bom e fácil de usar. O acesso ao shopping é muito conveniente!

Cons:

Para um hotel com apenas 5 andares o elevador demorava muito acima do normal para chegar. A garagem subterrânea é difícil de acessar da primeira vez, não há placas o suficiente no estacionamento. A internet wi-fi não era boa.
