Atendimento na recepção, pouco solícitos e, por vezes, ríspidos. O serviço da governança deixa a desejar. Toalhas de praia sendo usadas como toalhas de banho, toalha de rosto não tinha, demora para arrumar o quarto para servir uma arrumação fajuta.

Very convenient hotel in Ipanema.
Pros:

Location, close to restaurants, shops, Ipanema beach. At night you can walk without worrying. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast, lots of local food and variety. Big room and big bed, nice facilities. Very quiet at night.

The towels, they need to update these because they're old and have stains. In the room there was always a humid environment.
