La chiave magnetica dell'ingresso in camera non ha mai funzionato, si smagnetizzava ad ogni uscita dall'hotel, la proprietà lo sa ma non fa nulla per ovviare il problema.

GRAUENVOLL ALLES
Wir waren eine Nacht in diesem Hotel und haben uns die Luxus-Suite gebucht – es war eine absolute Vollkatastrophe. Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig und die Zimmer sind unglaublich dreckig. Das Bad war total verschmutzt, überall lagen Haare und Schmutz. Die Toilette war dreckig, auf der Klobrille waren Flecken, die offensichtlich nicht gereinigt wurden.
In der Dusche war überall Schimmel, ebenso im Waschbecken. Sämtliche Armaturen waren locker und wackelig. Im Wohnzimmer gab es riesige Wasserflecken. Das Bett war verrissen, schmutzig und überall lag Dreck. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt einfach nur Horror.
Die Betten sind extrem hart – für diesen Preis ist wirklich alles in diesem Hotel eine Unverschämtheit und eine riesige Frechheit. Ich würde gerne minus fünf Sterne geben, was leider nicht möglich ist.
Wer dieses Hotel besucht, muss definitiv hart im Nehmen sein. Ich kann es auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

Dovevamo far ricodificare la carte per entrare in camera ogni volta, non ha mai funzionato per 2 volte di fila.
A estadia foi perfeita. O quarto é espaçoso, o café da manhã é muito bom, tivemos flexibilidade na entrada (por uma taxa mas bem honesta). Nossa única reclamação foi com relação ao chuveiro, mas o problema foi solucionado de forma muito rápida.
Não tenho nenhuma crítica.
