el tamaño de la habitación, la ubicación, la vista, buena presión de agua y calienta rápido.

Fácil de ubicar, cerca de muchos lugares de interés, limpio.
Dos días no hubo agua caliente. Sin embargo lo repararon y si avisaron.
Es un hotel muy cómodo y cerca del centro
La cama muy dura, el baño muy inseguro, no había antiderrapante, ni barandales, en la regadera no salía mucha agua, apenas era una "llovizna"

las instalaciones son algo viejas, la regadera del baño en pesimas condiciones, el elevador es muy antiguo e inseguro, el personal nada amigable

Lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicación cerca de todo lo central de Mérida, además de un buen trato por parte de todo el personal, he ido en algunas ocasiones y lo recomiendo mucho.
Podría mejorar la calidad del internet ya que durante nuestra instancia no lo tuvimos en si desde las líneas que aparecían en el cuarto.
