Communication for swipe card for car park was not shared to us. We had to walk back and get card. Waiting for table at 6pm was OTT. People walked out.
Excellent service and attention to detail
I have stayed at the Pullman numerous times, the staff are efficient and friendly, quick check in, lovely room service, beautiful quiet rooms, and I really appreciated the upgrade after a long flight.
Every thing was perfect as usual.
Nice, well presented hotel. Surprisingly not as large as I expected. Just outside walking distance from the hotel if you have luggage.
Paid for an upgrade to a room with a guaranteed bathtub. Which was there. But what kind a coprophilical obsessive removes the walls to a bathroom in a room for couples? I love my new wife but I don't want to hear & see EVERYTHING she does.
