Relaxing stay at the Pullman Mascot.

Ok. But wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Bed was comfy and good airport location.

Cons:

Booked 2 nights but only 1 with breakfast, staff wouldn’t let us use the breakfast on the second day when we had missed the first one. Bathroom light not good for makeup & shower was scummy and needed a deep clean. Bar didn’t stay open long and white wine wasn’t served cold so needed ice.

Excelente eleccion
Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente, muy cerca del aeropuerto pero a la vez, hay un centro cerca con muchos restaurantes. La habitacion es amplia y el baño divino!!

Cons:

La decoracion medio vanguardista no es de mi preferencia. Pero es solo un detalle.

Modern, secure and clean
Pros:

- sleek and modern building
- good security; main entrance is locked at night allowing entry only to current guests using their room access cards.

Cons:

- stayed in this same hotel with my family of 3 for 1 week in Feb 2026. EVERYDAY, each guest was given one complimentary packet of water.
- However, during our recent stay at Pullman hotel, my family of 3 were only given ONE complimentary packet of water per guest throughout our entire stay in the hotel. If Pullman hotel decides not to provide complimentary packets of water everyday to its guests out of goodwill, then it should provide a water dispenser at the lift lobby or corridor for its guests. Crown Plaza hotels provide such facilities for their guests.
- Parking is limited. Only 1 carpark lot was left for me when I parked .

Pros:

La habitación y su ubicación al lado del aeropuerto, cumple el hecho de ser hotel de aeropuerto, cerca de las terminales e incluso la recepción con pantallas de los vuelos y buen detalle el de la alfombra como pista de despegue
